Iâm Raz a movement and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience studying and practicing in India, the birthplace of yoga. Iâve taught internationally and worked with people from many backgrounds, helping them move with greater ease, awareness, and confidence.
Iâve recently made Milan my home, and as an international teacher now based here, I would love to build a welcoming community through regular movement, breath, and mindful practice.
These sessions are especially designed for people navigating daily modern life long hours at a desk, office work, stress, and tension from sitting or repetitive movement.

Each 60-minute session is a complete guided practice designed to help you feel better in your body â not only during the class, but in your daily life.
We move through:
\* Gentle warm-up and joint preparation
\* Controlled mobility sequences to counteract stiffness from sitting and office work
\* Deep stretching targeting common tight areas (hips, back, shoulders, neck)
\* Breath awareness to reduce stress and reset the mind after a busy day
\* Guided relaxation to integrate the practice and calm the nervous system

Sunday Escape: Yoga & Hiking in Piani Resinelli
This Sunday we're hiking up in the mountains, rolling out our mats at the top, and practicing yoga surrounded by the open sky and mountain air.
A moderate-easy hike through the forest that gradually opens up into one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in the region.
Piani Resinelli sits between the Lecco branch of Lake Como and the Bergamo Alps. A plateau with panoramic views that stretch across the water and mountains below.
**AGENDA**
09:00 AM - Meeting point shared after confirming your attendance
09:30 AM - Departure toward Viewpoint
10:45 AM (approx.) - Arrival, yoga, free time
1:30 PM - Packed lunch; you can bring it with you or choose something from the bars and restaurants of the area (before the start of the trail).
**Difficulty**: Medium-Easy - About 1 hour 20 minutes walk, with 208 meters of elevation gain.

Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
