It's not easy contemplating or going through a divorce. Please join us for an informative meet-up about how to make it through divorce wisely--in the most amicable, cost-effective, and respectful way possible.
We will discuss the pros and cons of litigation versus collaborative practice versus mediation and help you decide which approach is best for you and your circumstances. We will discuss the process and how it works, tips on how to be most effective when discussing the issues, and ways to reduce your stress during the process.
Finally, if you have children, we will discuss the risks of divorce to children, which factors increase and decrease these risks, and what you can do to protect your children from the negative impact of divorce. In particular, we will discuss ways to keep the children out of the middle, communicate effectively versus harmfully with your ex-spouse, and ways to preserve important bonds if at all possible so that the two of you can have a positive and supportive co-parenting relationship after the divorce.
And, of course, since it's your meet-up, if you have something else on your mind, we can talk about that, too, and I'll help in whatever way I can.

Columbus Comedy Improv Meetup at Gresso's!
Whether you've never done improv before, or you've done it for so long you were quoted in *Truth in Comedy*, or anywhere in between, come join us! Swing by *Gresso's* for the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup**!
The idea behind improvised comedy is to create entire scenes from scratch. A suggestion is taken from the audience and laughter is built on the spot. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway, Make Some Noise,* or *Wild 'n Out*; it can also be done in a longer way, to tell a complicated story, like *TJ & Dave*.
Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and FREE!) weekly comedy event, brings the games for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. Afterward, many members will hang out in *Gresso's* itself and get to know each other. Not only is this a lot of fun, but you get to work on thinking faster on your feet, your public speaking, plus it's an excellent way to meet new people and build relationships that will last a lifetime, and you do that while laughing your butt off!

Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.
