Advanced Access Toastmasters
Advanced Access Toastmasters
Why pay thousands of dollars for a seminar class when you can join a Toastmasters Club for a fraction of the cost & have fun in the process? Toastmasters is a place where you develop and grow - both personally and professionally. You join a community of learners, and in Toastmaster meetings we learn by doing. Whether you are an executive or stay-at-home parent, a college student or retiree, you will improve yourself; building skills to express yourself in a variety of situations. Anyone who is a strong leader has to first be an effective communicator. In Toastmasters you will hone your speaking skills, and you will develop leadership abilities - through evaluations, listening, mentoring, serving as club officers and filling roles in the meetings. It's free to visit and very inexpensive to join if you feel it's a good fit. Advanced Access is an advanced level club where members already have a home club, and completed their Competent Communicator manual or Levels 1 and 2 in Pathways. Our club developed a more in-depth evaluation method giving speakers better feedback and accelerating their speaking achievements.

Toastmaster Tuesdays @ NBBA
NBBA Toastmasters Club is designed to help individuals become better communicators through leadership training and public speaking practice. Nothing will improve your presentation skills more than straight up practice. Engaging in public speaking opportunities whenever you can will give you increased command over your delivery. This helps minimize any anxiety you might have—and those are just a couple of the benefits of regular practice. We meet on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesdays of each month unless it's a holiday. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83584879121?pwd=TG91UUZGYVFjMWZ4ZGprdGZUS2wzdz09 Meeting ID: 835 8487 9121 Passcode: TUESDAY

Men's Group meetup
Men's Group meetup
**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.** How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently? Then we will go into a topic discussion. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS** \*\*THERE WILL BE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR NO-SHOWS. IF YOU RSVP TO A MEETING AND FAIL TO SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTICE, YOU'LL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP. THIS IS TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THE GROUP\*\* 1. Confidentiality - EVERYTHING that is shared NEVER leaves this space so that this space remains safe and sacred. There is a zero tolerance policy for this. If a man is in violation of this, they will be permanently removed from the group. 2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every man’s truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every man’s perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another. 3. Be committed - honor your commitment to this group and to yourself. If you attend a meeting, please commit yourself fully to the meeting. Also be committed to your own journey. When we fail, we own it & clean it up. 4. Speak from the heart - this is NOT a space to “look good”, have the “right” answers, and have it all together. Relax and know you are not alone. Be exactly who you are within the safety of this space. 5. Be supportive - This means always willing to provide encouragement to your fellow men, encourage action and momentum in each other’s lives.. Be willing to challenge each other. Be willing to hold each other accountable. 6. Participation - what you receive from this community will be a reflection of what you put into it. Period. We ask that you share your perspectives, reflect on others, and give/receive support when and where it’s needed.

She develops the kind of leaders people actually want to follow. **Lillian Morales-Laster** SVP Human Resources Director at United Midwest Savings Bank and Executive Director of the Empowering Latinas Leadership Academy (ELLA). It's a vibrant community of hermanas supporting and uplifting each other as they navigate their paths to leadership. A Columbus Business First Community Champion and Distinguished Hispanic Ohioan, her commitment to empowering others shows up everywhere she goes. **Rachyl Kershaw** Founder of Greater Columbus Consulting and the architect behind the Confidence Lab Annual Summit, Rachyl has a gift for cutting through the noise, helping high-achievers stop performing success and start living it. If you’ve ever wondered why doing everything right still feels like something’s missing, you’re in exactly the right room. **Why Confidence Lab?** Confidence is the foundation for success in every area of life.
