***Septima*** is a competitive, highly interactive strategy game of witchcraft. As the leader of your coven, you must prove your worth in the town of Noctenburg to become the successor of Septima, the High Witch. Practice your craft and gain Wisdom by collecting herbs, brewing potions, healing the townsfolk, mastering charms and rescuing your brothers and sisters from the trials. But beware: magic, even if used for good, invokes suspicion in the townsfolk...

So, the world of meditation has a lot to offer, and you have heard it all. This Meetup is about discovering the EXPERIENCE of meditation. Come check us out - volunteer meditation instructors from the Maryland Community will help lead you into the East's best kept relaxation secret, meet like-minded people, and in general have a fun time. As an added bonus, you will also get to experience some of the Art of Living Foundation's breathing programs and get an insight into what makes the Sudharshan Kriya tick. Try saying it 10 times in a row for some tongue twister fun! Anyways, your group lead is likely to be young, fun, a professional who does this on a volunteer basis, might have an accent, smiles a lot (yeah, meditation does that to you)... and at the end of the day, is a meditation instructor par excellence. We are trying to hold meetups across MD but, for now, we will stick to the one free venue we have. Open gaming at Panera! New players welcome. We have many games on hand or you can bring your own. We are happy to teach or learn one of yours.

This will start around 12:30, immediately following our 11am singing bowl sound bath meditation. So, if possible, please join for both. We will leave from our center and follow the road and then trails into the forest, following the path of our stream until it reaches the reservoir. This will be a gentle walk/hike a little over a mile each way. We will mostly be walking along a trail so the difficulty is not high, but we will be walking hills that require some agility. No special gear is needed but most should wear good tennis or hiking shoes, should bring some water and wear pants or spray to limit interaction with ticks. Along the way, we will pass a few waterfalls and other notable displays of nature. once we get to the half way point, we will stop to meditate and honor a silence on the way back to give each person the chance to fully immerse themselves with the spirit of the forest. There is no charge for this event, but donations are always appreciated. Please remember to drive slowly (under 10mph) on our driveway and please do not stop to interact with the horses. Sit back and relax as Tibetan & crystal bowls (and other instruments) help bring you back into alignment thru sacred sound therapy. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation. Space is limited so a RSVP is required. This is a social volleyball which means as long as you played volleyball before and can keep some rally going you can attend.
