Men's Health Events This Week
Discover what is happening in the next few days
GET YOURSELVES. TOGETHER - A men's talking group in Greenwich.
Men Connect, in partnership with The Deborah Ubee Trust, are launching an 8-week experiential talking group for men.
Men often avoid talking about their inner lives because it’s seen as a weakness. Yet understanding yourself and having emotional clarity is a form of strength. This group isn’t about “fixing problems” - it’s about building skills, gaining insights, and connecting in ways that help us thrive.
You don’t need any group experience; most men begin feeling uncertain. We meet you with authenticity and offer space to explore things on your own terms.
Facilitated by Nicholas and Joseph, psychotherapists who specialise in men’s wellbeing and relational group work. We create a contained, supportive environment grounded in psychodynamic principles.
8 sessions for under £25 — supported by The Deborah Ubee Trust
Spaces are kept intentionally small so the work can be meaningful. January Women's Circle
A heartfelt circle of connection, welcoming healing through reflection, release, realignment, and the shared wisdom within and around us
The power of sisterhood can be transformational in connecting to and healing oneself. Like ancestors before us, we gather in circle to connect with our inner self, our inner wisdom; and the love, empowerment and wisdom of the community; thus welcoming true healing in.
What you will experience
* Powerful rituals to reflect on barriers, release what is no longer serving you and realign to where you want to be
* A deep exploration of the self; checking in with where you are now and where you want to be
* An invitation for transformational healing to begin, drawing on inner and community wisdom
* An empowering environment that allows authenticity, vulnerability and bravery in the healing process
* Conversations that draw on the wisdom of the community to support you with your unique circumstances
* Modalities including guided breathing, guided meditation, reflective journaling, an open sharing circle, music and movement and more.
The space created in the women’s circle is sacred. A beautiful place to be fully yourself, and met with love, care and empowerment.
If you’re not sure if the Women’s Circle is right for you, please send me a message and we can talk through exactly what happens.
I can’t wait to hold this powerful healing space,
Daisy

**About the organiser**
Hi, I'm Daisy. I work with people who say everything is 'fine' but deep down, know that they're struggling. I help them to reconnect with themselves, build confidence and rediscover their joy, to start living a life they actually LOVE.
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).
I have a passion for seeing others thrive and experience the magic of life. Having struggled with stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs, I understand the transformational power of making time to connect with yourself and your community; to enable you to live the life you deserve.
Men's Circle ~ London ~ Closed Group ~ 2nd Tuesday ~ 10:30 to 1 ~ Farringdon
Regular Men's Circles, normally the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
This is a **closed group**, which currently may be full, with a small wait list, which you are warmly welcome to join.
I am starting an evening Circle, same day (2nd Tues), as many men are unable to join in the day (though we have template message to ask work for time off for CPD / Development).
Closed group has the same men each time, which means the men in the group will get to know each other and feel safer to open/go deeper.
After a complementary 'Taster Circle', if you want to become a regular, you'll be asked to commit to the rest of the 6 month 'term' (start Jan and July).
There are a number of men in the group who are not on Meetup, so the numbers of attendees on Meetup are not 'real'/accurate.
FIRST you need to confirm you agree with the ground rules = **[https://go.Man.Academy/rules](https://go.man.academy/rules)**
Bring an open mind and your real self.
NB: More details, eg. what is a Men's Circle, what are the benefits...

* on the website - [Man.Academy/mens-circles](https://www.Man.Academy/mens-circles)
Before attending / if curious, you have the option of a call with Merlin, to get to know each other a bit, see if its a good fit, ask any questions you may have. Please book a call with me here - [https://www.Man.Academy/call](https://contacts.google.com/undefined)
If the group is full, you can go on the wait list, as men do move/move on. Best to give me your phone / email as I find messages do not get through on Meetup so well.

It’s a great way to pay it forward and support the growth of this beautiful mission!
Every contribution helps us:
* **Cover Essential Costs** – Donations allow us to pay essential legal, marketing, insurance, and admin costs as well as nourish the important people who run the organization.
* **Grow Our Mission** – With your support, we can bring these healing experiences to thousands more people in the future and execute our long term plan to expand across the USA, affecting up to 500,000 people per year.
By choosing to contribute, you’re not just leading an event—you’re helping build a mental health movement that supports long-term well-being and connection for all during a severe mental health epidemic.

How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself.
Have you ever suffered from a traumatic experience, a deep loss or been through a painful breakup? Has your ability to communicate suffered as a result? And after that, even though you "moved on" did you find that things were never quite the same? Have you ever looked at childhood photos, or reminisced your early life and wondered where that happiness and spark went?
Are your emotions out of your own control? Have you ever felt, even if you aren’t aware of it, that possibly you are getting in your own way of your happiness and success? How does this affect your self-confidence?
Find out what is at the root of all stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Find out how and why you hold yourself back from achieving your goals and having the life you have dreamed of. As soon as you learn what is at the root of these unwanted conditions, you’ll see it is something you can DO something about. You will not be labeled or categorized at this MeetUp.
This group is hosted by the Dianetics and Scientology Life Improvement Center of Central Ohio.
