Women's Yoga: cycle awareness
Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month.
Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease.
This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance.
Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles.
Come as you are.
Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

Wir werden gemeinsam, überwiegend in der Stille, meditieren und unsere Aufmerksamkeit auf den Augenblick richten . So ermöglichen wir dem Geist, eine Auszeit vom Alltag zu nehmen.
Wir erkunden die vielen Möglichkeiten des achtsamen Meditierens im Sitzen, Liegen, in der Bewegung (leichte Yogaübungen), im Gehen und beim Essen.

2v2 Intermediate+ Beach Volley 💪
Join us for intermediate and advanced play on **indoor** 2v2 courts.
If you are not yet at the intermediate level (F1+) or want to play 3v3/4v4, sign up via [the simultaneous event](https://www.meetup.com/berlin-volley/events/) instead.
We play with beach rules: do not use open hands for the first or last touches, do not touch the net, etc. We overbook slightly to ensure we have enough players and to allow individuals to take breaks.
After playing, you can join us for socials with drinks and snacks at the bar area.
It's recommended that you come 10 minutes early so you have time to change and find the fields. If it is your first time, 15 minutes might be even better.
We play in domes that are heated up to at least 15C.
You can join whatever court you like and move between courts during the event. We self-organize, so once you finish a game, you can start a rematch, mix with another court, or take a break as you see fit. Upon arrival, join the warmup happening on one of the courts.

Dear Members,
I warmly invite you to tomorrow’s small and intimate gathering.

This session combines gentle breathwork with a guided feminine embodiment practice in a safe and respectful space for women.
We will explore slow, conscious breathing and simple, self-guided touch over clothing in the heart, chest and lower belly area. The focus is body awareness, presence and reconnection with yourself.
There is no partner work. Each woman remains in her own space throughout the session. All touch is self-guided and completely optional.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely.
This is a beginner-friendly practice. No prior experience with breathwork or embodiment work is required.
The intention of this evening is not intensity, but reconnection.
Not performance, but awareness.
Not activation, but gentle integration.
You are invited to:
• Slow down
• Feel your body from within
• Explore the connection between your chest and lower belly
• Meet yourself with kindness and curiosity

We will move slowly, respectfully and with care.

This practice is **not suitable** for people with any of the following conditions:

**Körper & Erschöpfung – wenn der Akku leer ist**
*Worum geht’s:*
Zusammenhang zwischen Körper, Nervensystem und Erschöpfung. Frühwarnzeichen erkennen.
Kennst du das Gefühl, wenn die Batterie nur noch im roten Bereich blinkt? Oft versuchen wir dann, noch mehr „zu leisten“, statt innezuhalten. In dieser zweistündigen Selbsthilfegruppe drehen wir den Spieß um: Wir betrachten Erschöpfung nicht als Fehler im System, sondern als wertvolles Signal deines Körpers.
**Was dich erwartet:**
* **Die Stress-Ampel:** Lerne die Sprache deines Nervensystems verstehen (Grün, Gelb oder Rot?).
* **Frühwarn-Detektive:** Wie merkst du, dass dein Akku leer wird, bevor es „knallt“?
* **Sofort-Hilfe für den Vagusnerv:** Kleine, feine Körper-Hacks (wie das „Sicherheits-Summen“), die du überall anwenden kannst.

Do you want to play football but don't want to pay? Are you a bit unfit, a bit old, or a bit Terrible? Want to have a relaxed kick about and a couple of beers after? Then Terrible Football is for you!
Anyone can play: any ability, any age, and any gender. Terrible Football is about miss kicked clearances, sweet half volleys and desperate diving saves. We play in the rain, sun or snow. It's completely free, and always will be. It's open, inclusive and Terrible.
We usually play on Astro (artificial grass) and sometimes on grass, depending on numbers. Bibs, balls, and cones are taken care of! Just bring sporty clothes and a pair of rubber studded football shoes you'll be good to go! You don't need shin pads and we don't allow hard plastic or metal studs.

Recruiting Virtual Mental Health Group Leaders!
We are recruiting new group leaders for virtual men's groups! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

### **What is an Outdoor Empowerment Group?**
Our Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Groups are simple, guided experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

The ideal group leader
* Has a born-in passion for mental health, movement, connecting with nature and building community.
* Has 5 extra hours per week to dedicate to a meaningful cause for at least one year. Yes, you can leave any organization at any time and we can also ask you to leave, but we are building with legacy in mind and we need people who can commit and be ALL IN on this mission to build with us.
* Is independently financially stable with the ability to volunteer with no expectation of pay. This is a deeply beautiful journey of service that all participants commit to at Speak Your Mind.
* An ability to manage groups with high emotional intelligence and desire for human connection.
* An ability to self-motivate and market/promote their group on Facebook and other social platforms.
* Nature informed therapy or clinical therapists/psychologists a plus.
