My name is Hans. I've been co-facilitating the Berlin Men's Group since 2021. I'm also a member of the Berlin Men's Group partner project Zigmal - zigmal.org. That organisation was set up to support men's individual needs, and these sessions are part of that. I'm a certified systemic trauma counsellor specialised in men's work, and am a licensed 'Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie' under German law.

Viele Erwachsene mit ADHS verbringen einen Großteil ihres Alltags damit, Masken zu tragen – und noch mehr Energie damit, dafür zu sorgen, dass niemand sie bemerkt.
Über Jahre bauen wir Strategien auf, um die Teile von uns zu verbergen, die uns Scham bereiten. Und dann kommt die ständige Angst: *Was, wenn jemand merkt, dass ich nur so tue, als ob?*
Kommt dir das bekannt vor? Falls ja, lass uns gemeinsam einen anderen Weg erkunden: **Selbstakzeptanz**.
In diesem Treffen schauen wir gemeinsam, welche Masken wir tragen. Ohne Druck und ohne Urteil. Durch kleine Übungen in der Gruppe und zu zweit lernen wir Schritt für Schritt, uns so wahr- und anzunehmen, wie wir gerade sind, unsere Gedanken, Gefühle und Körper. Weniger Kampf mit uns selbst, mehr Frieden mit dem, was ist.

**We are starting into a new round of having some human magic happen :)**
**What to expect at an Authentic Games Berlin event?**
Authentic Relating is embodied communication practice. We search for authenticity – staying true to your needs, feelings and boundaries – while relating to other human beings with their needs, feelings and boundaries.
**Theme of the evening: Asking for help**
Asking for help is one of the simplest human gestures - and yet, it carries a surprising amount of complexity for many of us. We hesitate, we overthink, we hope to be understood without having to ask. Or we ask quickly and often, but still feel the tremble underneath. There are various internal patterns at play around needing support: pride that keeps us independent, fear that keeps us quiet, longing that keeps us hoping.
In this session, we invite you to explore your personal relationship with asking for help. What happens in you when you reach out? What parts of you reject support, and which parts quietly crave it? Are you clear about what you truly need or do you hold back, waiting for the “right moment” or the “right person”?
Through guided Authentic Relating games, we will bring these dynamics into awareness. You will practice naming what you need, feeling the internal reactions that arise, and staying present whether you are met with a yes, a no, or a request for clarity. You will explore the difference between asking and receiving, between vulnerability and agency, between the instinct to shrink and the courage to stay open.
This evening is an invitation to experiment with the art of asking for help as a pathway to connection, clarity, and shared humanity.

Sometimes the games may also involve movement (for example walking). Consensual touch with other participants is allowed but never necessary.
The upcoming event is happening in Café Maggie at Frankfurter Allee 205 – next to U-Bahn Magdalenenstraße. The space is on the ground floor, but there is one small doorstep at the entrance. There is a barrier free toilet inside. Despite the name, you cannot buy drinks in Café Maggie, but we provide water and tea for participants.

Hey, I’m Annabelle, and I’m a recovering bulimic.
I struggled with bulimia for 15 years, and I’ve always wished there was a space where I could talk about it openly, without judgment, without shame, just honesty, support, and people who *get it*.
People who are also on this journey. People who want to heal and figure out who they are beyond bulimia.
So, I decided to create that space.
**What is this group about**
* A space where you can talk about your **binge eating or bulimia** without feeling judged.
* A space to reconnect with yourself — the *you* that exists beyond the eating disorder.
* A space for support and real connection with people who are going through (or have been through) the same thing.
* A place to share your wins *and* your hard days, and be met with encouragement and support.
**What to expect**
* Journaling prompts, discussions, games, readings from ED-related literature, meditations, and more.
* Deeper conversations — not just about the ED, but about who you are underneath it all.
**Who is this for?**
* **This group is open to women who are struggling with binge eating or bulimia and *want to recover.***

* This is not therapy. I’m not a therapist and won’t be giving advice on nutrition, exercise, or anything medical.

**A bit about me**
I’m 33, I live in Berlin, and I have a very eclectic taste in music — but I always come back to Nightwish. When I’m not reading memoirs or self-help books, you’ll usually find me looking for a new café around the city or walking in the forest or a park.

The Language Café is primarily aimed at people who are struggling with their mental health which can make it hard to go to regular courses. We want to create a safe space for everyone to learn and practise without pressure. Everyone is welcome! Please try to be on time so we can all get started together :)
We mainly practise on a beginner/lower intermediate level and adapt to everyone's prior level of German.
The Language Café will focus on teaching you the most important words and phrases and basic grammar in German. The content of the course is adapted to real life. (everyday life in Germany, dealing with authorities, etc.) We will cover different topics every week and you can join us anytime, since the topics do not necessarily build on each other.

Gerne lade ich Dich ein, verschiedenste Methoden zur Selbstfindung auszuprobieren, damit Du neue Erfahrungen sammeln beziehungsweise bereits Erfahrenes gut integrieren kannst. Für den Einen mag es dabei darum gehen, innere Ruhe zu finden – für die Andere darum, sich selbst besser kennenzulernen oder das eigene Selbstbewusstsein zu stärken.
Es gibt so viele tolle Praktiken und Tools, die uns dabei helfen können, bislang unerkannte Anteile zu entdecken, bis dato Unbewusstes bewusst zu machen und neue Erkenntnisse nicht nur verstandesmäßig zu verstehen, sondern auch auf körperlicher Ebene zu integrieren. Das Themenspektrum reicht von Hochsensibilität und Human Design bis zur Energie-, Trauma- und Aufstellungsarbeit.
Wir treffen uns dafür einmal im Monat Donnerstag-Abend, um in unterschiedlich aufgebauten Sessions ganz verschiedene Sachen kennenzulernen und mehr innere Balance zu finden. Diese Treffen finden jeweils sowohl bei mir in Schwante im Nordwesten Berlins als auch um 14 Tage zeitlich versetzt im Sinnergie in Pankow statt.

A sharing circle for neurodivergent people navigating Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).

* Share info, vent, or just listen on others how hormonal fluctuations impact our lives, especially as neurodivergent individuals facing sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation, and executive function challenges.
* The sharing circle will be moderated by **Anika Freitag**, a fellow neurodivergent person and biochemist who is also navigating hormonal fluctuation challenges.

* **Please note:** This space welcomes neurodivergent people of all gender identities who menstruates. We use the term **menstruating people** to be inclusive of trans men, non-binary individuals, and others who menstruate.

Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that.
