**Fluentbody™** is a somatic movement practice that invites you to reconnect with your body and the present moment. Guided by breath, music, and awareness, you’re encouraged to move intuitively—led by sensation rather than thought. It’s not about how it looks, but how it feels.
Each session unfolds as a shared journey with a clear intention, supporting authentic movement beyond ideas of right or wrong. The practice can be grounding and energising, helping release tension, awaken sensation, and explore both softness and strength.

Hey, I’m Annabelle, and I’m a recovering bulimic.
I struggled with bulimia for 15 years, and I’ve always wished there was a space where I could talk about it openly, without judgment, without shame, just honesty, support, and people who *get it*.
People who are also on this journey. People who want to heal and figure out who they are beyond bulimia.
So, I decided to create that space.
**What is this group about**
* A space where you can talk about your **binge eating or bulimia** without feeling judged.
* A space to reconnect with yourself — the *you* that exists beyond the eating disorder.
* A space for support and real connection with people who are going through (or have been through) the same thing.
* A place to share your wins *and* your hard days, and be met with encouragement and support.
**What to expect**
* Journaling prompts, discussions, games, readings from ED-related literature, meditations, and more.
* Deeper conversations — not just about the ED, but about who you are underneath it all.
**Who is this for?**
* **This group is open to women who are struggling with binge eating or bulimia and *want to recover.***

* This is not therapy. I’m not a therapist and won’t be giving advice on nutrition, exercise, or anything medical.
* This is not a place to talk about numbers, weight, calories, or daily food habits.
* This is not a place to give unsolicited advice. If someone asks for support, great — but advice will only be shared if it’s asked for.
* This is *definitely* not a space that promotes or glorifies eating disorders.
**A bit about me**
I’m 33, I live in Berlin, and I have a very eclectic taste in music — but I always come back to Nightwish. When I’m not reading memoirs or self-help books, you’ll usually find me looking for a new café around the city or walking in the forest or a park.
Some of my favorite podcasts include *The Rich Roll Podcast*, *How I Built This*, *We Can Do Hard Things*, and *The School of Greatness.*
I’m a certified life coach, and I’m passionate about guiding people to unlock their own truth and remove the mental blocks that hold them back from pursuing their purpose.

Viele Menschen spüren: Ich möchte meine Persönlichkeit entfalten und das leben, was mir wirklich entspricht. Ich möchte lebendig und kreativ sein – nicht mit faulen Kompromissen – und dabei wirkliche Nähe und echte Begegnung erleben.
Das Dreijahres-Training ist ein Praxisweg für ganzheitliche Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und spirituelle Praxis. Es geht darum, inneres Wachstum in die Hand zu nehmen – nicht allein, sondern gemeinsam, in einem klaren, getragenen Rahmen. Und es geht darum, die Verbindung zwischen Körper, Gefühlen und Geist wirklich herzustellen: nicht als Idee, sondern als Erfahrung, die sich im Alltag zeigt.
Dabei ist es Christian wichtig zu betonen: Psychologie und Psychotherapie reichen für menschliches Wachstum nicht aus, wenn das Geistige und das spirituelle Ziel der Erleuchtung außen vor bleiben. Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Erleuchtung gehören zusammen – als ein Ganzes. Genau diese Ausrichtung prägt die Arbeit im Dreijahres-Training.
Am kostenfreien Online-Infoabend gibt Christian Meyer – Leiter des Trainings – einen Einblick in die Ausrichtung und Arbeitsweise des Dreijahres-Trainings. Du lernst kennen, wie im Training mit Körper, Gefühlen und Geist gearbeitet wird, und bekommst eine erste konkrete Vorstellung davon, wie im Trainingskonzept gearbeitet wird: durch kurze Demonstrationen, erste gemeinsame Schritte und einen Einblick in die Übungs- und Praxisform. So wird sichtbar, wie diese Arbeit praktisch aussieht – nicht nur als Idee, sondern als Erfahrung.
Es wird Raum geben für deine Fragen, die dich jetzt gerade bewegen – und auch das Team ist mit dabei, falls du organisatorische Fragen oder etwas Praktisches auf dem Herzen hast.
2026 beginnt der letzte Zyklus des Dreijahres-Trainings, den Christian selbst in vollem Umfang leiten wird. Viele, die schon länger dabei sind, erleben Christians Arbeit aktuell als besonders präzise, klar und intensiv. Für viele ist das eine besondere Gelegenheit, diesen Weg mit ihm noch einmal in dieser Form zu gehen.
Christian leitet den gesamten Abend, die Übertragung findet per Zoom statt.

Stress relief Breathwork
A 45-minute pranayama and breath-awareness class designed for working professionals and busy minds. This session offers gentle, nervous-system–supportive breathing practices that help release mental fatigue, calm stress, and restore clarity - without forceful breathing or breath retention.
Each class includes a short, accessible explanation of the breathing approach, followed by guided practice and quiet integration, making it suitable even during a lunch break.
No prior experience is required.
Laugh without Reason Event (DE/EN)
Important information: The event will always take place regardless of how many people attend the meetup. There is always a second laughter yoga conductor (Heidi) and a couple of other regulars who don't use Meetup.
Laughter Yoga is a unique concept that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing to promote wellness and overall happiness. You will learn how to laugh without reason. The event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, boost their mood, and connect with others in a light-hearted and fun way. You don't need any yoga experience, just the willingness to laugh.
**Do I need special clothing?**
* Just wear comfortable clothes. Please bring some thick socks or clean shoes for the room.
**Do I need anything else?**
* It is essential to stay hydrated. Please bring some water.

**What does an event look like?**
* We incorporate laughter exercises, breathing exercises, playful exercises, positive affirmations, and dancing. The event ends with a laughter meditation.

* Everything is voluntary. If you can't laugh, you can simulate it, and usually, people get into genuine laughter during the sessions. Laughter yoga is a great way to laugh more, to laugh deeper, and more frequently!
**How many people show up?**
* Usually, the group size was 2025 between 7 and 20 people.
**Where is it?**
* It's close to U2 Märkisches Museum. The Kreativhaus Berlin Mitte has one entrance. Please be there 5 minutes before we start. After 7 pm, it might be closed, and you either have to ring the bell or go around the house and watch out for the yellow smiley flag. The session takes place in "Projektraum 2/3".
Sessions are either in German or English. We always make sure that everyone understands it.

The Language Café is primarily aimed at people who are struggling with their mental health which can make it hard to go to regular courses. We want to create a safe space for everyone to learn and practise without pressure. Everyone is welcome! Please try to be on time so we can all get started together :)
We mainly practise on a beginner/lower intermediate level and adapt to everyone's prior level of German.
The Language Café will focus on teaching you the most important words and phrases and basic grammar in German. The content of the course is adapted to real life. (everyday life in Germany, dealing with authorities, etc.) We will cover different topics every week and you can join us anytime, since the topics do not necessarily build on each other.

Gerne lade ich Dich ein, verschiedenste Methoden zur Selbstfindung auszuprobieren, damit Du neue Erfahrungen sammeln beziehungsweise bereits Erfahrenes gut integrieren kannst. Für den Einen mag es dabei darum gehen, innere Ruhe zu finden – für die Andere darum, sich selbst besser kennenzulernen oder das eigene Selbstbewusstsein zu stärken.
Es gibt so viele tolle Praktiken und Tools, die uns dabei helfen können, bislang unerkannte Anteile zu entdecken, bis dato Unbewusstes bewusst zu machen und neue Erkenntnisse nicht nur verstandesmäßig zu verstehen, sondern auch auf körperlicher Ebene zu integrieren. Das Themenspektrum reicht von Hochsensibilität und Human Design bis zur Energie-, Trauma- und Aufstellungsarbeit.
Wir treffen uns dafür einmal im Monat Donnerstag-Abend, um in unterschiedlich aufgebauten Sessions ganz verschiedene Sachen kennenzulernen und mehr innere Balance zu finden. A sharing circle for neurodivergent people navigating Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).
