AGENDA Beachvolleyball 3vs3 and 2vs2, 2 courts - 4:00 - 4:10 PM: warm Up - 4:05/4:10 PM: Filling Up the courts - 4:10 - 4:40 PM: 3vs3 Games - 4:40 -5:40/ 5:50 PM: 2vs2 Games - 5:40/5:50 -6:00 PM: Back to 3 vs3 for more social and friendliness 🫠 or maybe tryout some new beach fun. Everyone on the court - everybody will play 2vs2, starting with 6:40 pm (minim 2 or 3 consecutive games, after which will Take 1 Game break) - We Reserve the right to adapt on the court Level and requests of Hosts and regular Players in the aim of maintaining good vibes, be inclusive and playfull. # **Day DJ Series at Villa Vida: DJ Joy Resistance** Day DJ is a weekly series at Villa Vida Café. Each Friday, local DJs take over the space and share their sound in a daytime setting. The focus is on new talent, experimentation, and community. This is a place to build sets, try ideas, and connect through music. The format is open and relaxed. You can come to listen, work, meet people, or stay for the full set. The aim is to create a consistent platform where DJs grow their practice and support each other. *** ## **DJ Joy Resistance** DJ Joy Resistance brings an approach rooted in energy, connection, and movement. Their sets focus on creating a shared atmosphere rather than sticking to rigid genre boundaries, allowing space for experimentation and flow. *** DJs have played a central role in queer culture. In spaces where queer people were excluded, DJs created environments where identity and expression could exist. Through sound, they shaped rooms, built connections, and guided shared experiences. Many of the sounds and practices that define nightlife today grew out of queer spaces. House, disco, and club culture were shaped by queer communities, especially Black and Latinx scenes. Day DJ continues this history by creating space for new voices and keeping this culture active.

This is an event for ages 16 and up. Children are not allowed to participate. We cannot guarantee age-appropriate scenes and exercises. Join the TaiJi-QiGong weekly practise! It is open for all levels and beginner friendly. :) If you want to join please sign in/out as the class will only take place if enugh people join (min. 3, but there is additional another whattsapp group with more people joining) The price is 13€/ unit. A few more words about this practise: it consists of bodywork - specific exercises designed to release tension and stress in your body. It also includes joint opening and the actual QiGong practise. This QiGong you could call Yin-Jang QiGong, as it prepares you for TaiJi (Wu style). This means it is designed to create balance in your body and movement, restructuring old unhealthy movement patterns and aligning your body. Also central part of this practise (the most powerful one) is that it leads to inner silence, connecting you with your body and silencing your mind. In this silence many virtues as patience, respect, perseverence, discipline... arise/ are transmitted. It is especially beneficial to strngthen your ability to focus and for stress relief. We will be playing every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM. **Very important: this event is for you if your level is intermediate or any higher level above that. 🏸🙂** **If you're joining us for the first time, the organizer will contact you directly to confirm that you have the required level for this event.** Feather shuttlecock will be used for this event, and it will be provided by the host.
