This is a bi-weekly series of Indoor Volleyball events where we play volleyball for **mixed players (intermediary and advanced)**, mostly for fun. Another bi-weekly series in alternance is for **advanced players only** with a bit more accent on performance. Cost is 10 EUR per person for 2 hours, based on a number of 14 players. The events are always announced 4 weeks in advance. This avoids people to block seats long time in advance and then forget to cancel. It is a sport where number of players matters, I would genuinely appreciate your understanding and compliance.

Hello there! We'd like to welcome you to our FREE Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings hosted by Wolfgang, Hamid, Anil, Shantanu & friends which take place in Vienna – 7pm Thursdays. With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. So there is no need for mats and no special clothing required. We are all volunteers of a Charity association and have many years of experience in offering free Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes. All across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. Meanwhile, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and infinitely renewable. It's called inner kundalini energy. And everyone already has it — everyone!. Whenever you get the chance, and no matter where you are, You try to link up with other Sahaja Yoga practitioners and enjoy a collective meditation. Hi Running fellows, Whether you’re a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us! Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast. Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. Not feeling social? Tune out with your earbuds - we can talk over breakfast. We are casual. You can be too. What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). (Coordinates: 48.1858130, 16.3200640) From there, we walk to the side park entrance where the “running” part begins. The important thing is that you run at your own pace. Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :) We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. (Coordinates: 48.1858825, 16.3032647). From there, we’re off to breakfast! Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. If you missed us earlier, you can always go there around 10:45. We are a fun group of runners who don’t take things too seriously. We meet, chat, RUN, stretch, chat, EAT and we hang out over a beer every now and then. It's that easy. Please join us for breakfast after the run! The more the merrier. We start our tour at the northern end of the Steinspornbrücke, an ideal starting point for exploring the Lobau. **Route and terrain:** The tour takes us through the beautiful nature of the Lobau, part of the Nationalparks Donau-Auen. The terrain consists of 90% gravel and crushed stone paths, which vary in thickness. It is therefore important that your bike is suitable for such conditions (e.g., gravel or mountain bike). The route is very flat. **Length and pace:** The total distance is approximately 32 km. We will ride at an average speed of about 21-22 km/h (without significant head wind), which is a moderate pace for experienced cyclists. Please only participate if you feel fit enough to do so! Our weekly Breathwork Circle at **The Center in Noordhoek** (Cape Town) is designed as a dedicated space to step out of doing-mode and back into your body, your breath, and yourself. In this 2-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) session, we guide you through a powerful yet safe breath journey that supports stress release, emotional regulation, inner clarity, and reconnection with what truly matters to you. Breathwork has the capacity to gently dissolve stored tension, bring insight, and open space for lasting change — without needing to “talk” your way through it. Each circle is intentionally capped at **6 participants** to allow for depth, presence, and individual attention within a supportive group container. This Sunday circle is an ongoing weekly offering — a ritual to recalibrate your nervous system, reflect on your inner landscape, and consciously set the tone for the days ahead. No prior breathwork experience is needed; just a willingness to show up as you are. **About us:** These circles are facilitated by Sophie and Bjoern, certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitators and co-founders of *onoera*. **Weekly Sunday cold plunge in the Danube.** Come with us for a swim or just a dip in the Danube to test your limits and build your resilience to cold! **The water is going to be** around **5°C or a bit less.** (We're in single digits! 🥶) **Bring your swimsuit, towel, and warm clothes.** If you want, you can also bring extras like warm water (to pour over your feet after the dip to warm up faster), tea, snacks, water shoes, hat — anything that makes the experience more comfortable or fun for you and others! **The approximate timeline:** 11:00 meeting at the Danube shore 11:10 [breathing exercise](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tybOi4hjZFQ) (voluntary, possible to skip, but recommended) 11:20 going into water 11:40 warming up & chatting 12:00 end We’ve been meeting for a couple of years, and our community is growing: our **WhatsApp group has around 100 members**. Great small park; for me the concretions are always the highlight. Gravel trail with a couple of inclines - poles can be helpful on these. The loop is around 2 miles; plan on doing it twice (if you want less mileage you can drop off after the first loop). Optional lunch after the hike; location tbd.
