Wir, Peter und Patrick, sind zwei Physiotherapeuten mit einer Leidenschaft für Sport und Bewegung. Bei unserem **Gruppenfitness Training** trainierst du gemeinsam mit anderen, das motiviert, macht Spaß und hilft, dranzubleiben.
Wir kombinieren Kraft, Ausdauer, Beweglichkeit und funktionelle Übungen, passend für alle Fitnesslevels.
**Wichtig:** Bitte kommt in bequemer Sportkleidung. Wer nicht direkt auf dem Boden trainieren möchte, bringt gerne eine Matte mit.
Du kannst an einem kostenlosen Probetraining teilnehmen.
Danach besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Trainingsabo zu lösen:
• 5 Trainings: 160 CHF
• 10 Trainings: 280 CHF
• 20 Trainings: 490 CHF

**Important:** Please wear comfortable sports clothing. If you prefer not to train directly on the ground, feel free to bring a mat.
You can join a free trial session.

Hi there! I’m happy you have come across **Afro Dance Fitness classes**!
Are you interested in group fitness (all levels) or dancing, Afrodance and Working out in a group of likeminded women to Afrobeats music, then this is for you!
Afro Workout is an Afrodance inspired Dance Fitness Class in Zürich that combines dynamic dance moves and intensive Workout to Afrobeats.
Similiar to Zumba but to Afro music including dance movement, fitness and sculpt.
Afro is all about Good Vibes! Expressing a joy of living, to be confident and feel good in your body.
This class takes place on **Saturday from 10:30-11:30** in Zürich Wiedikon, 10 min from HB Zürich. We run other classes during the week, check the other times.
For all levels! You don’t have to be a dancer or a fitness geek. Party, Dance and sweat with us to Afrobeats!

BBS Ballet Workout – RSVP
I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg
Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich.
The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results.
A great class for those who already have little knowledge of ballet or other forms of dance. Our classic Ballet Body Sculpture workout class, including mat exercises, ballet barre, and centre practice. Designed to sculpt and tone a perfect ballet body, as well as stretch, lengthen, and align all muscles for a great posture.
You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session.
There's a small cost to cover the venue and facilities - CHF 40.-

**🏃🏼♂️💨 Join me for a beautiful run alongside the Werenbach. 🏞️**
Start in front of the Opera, run until "Zollikerberg, Trichtenhausermühle" and back.
The track is around 5K one way, has just under 200m elevation and can be run – go and back – in a little bit over an hour... at least that's how long it takes me.
I will only go, if it is not raining.
*Please be on time.*
Recharge with forest and river vibes. Escape the city but without having to go far.

Join us for a relaxed and refreshing Hatha Yoga & Summer Brunch on Sunday 31 May in Zurich – in the green area near Wollishofen.
We’ll begin at 10:30 with 1h yoga practice, open to all levels – including beginners.
