Please join us for a great evening as we mix, mingle, make new friends, catch Game 6 of Toronto Raptors vs Cleveland Cavaliers Playoff game (Big Screens, Surround sound) Dinner Party and Dance the night away with a fabulous Cover Band after the game!
\*Joined by my other social groups too; so we can anticipate a fabulous turn out with lots of friendly peers to enjoy dinner and the game
**\*Meet us inside Smoke Show between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm**
\*If you have to arrive after that, still let the front door guy know you are with Steve's group so he can direct you to us (but kindly do your best to arrive between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm (as I can't promise seating after that)-Thank you!

**Friday Night with Friends! (Toronto Raptors Playoffs Dinner Party, Live Band and Dancing)**
-Together we are going to cheer on our beloved Toronto Raptors over dinner and beveages
After the game stick around too for Live Band and Dancing!
-Pool Table available
-Plenty of parking all around the venue and very close to Mt. Pleasant Station
**Event Fee:**
10 dollars (cash only) when you arrive (HST is included)

Casual meetup for the cannabis lovers
This is the very first event of the group and I’d like to keep it simple to test the waters.
If there are going to be a high number of join(t)ers; then I shall create a more structured event.
For now: We meet, light-up together, share some interesting stories or experiences and feel the vibes.
We then probably go to Eaton center food court and binge on some good food of our preferences.
Feel free to come and leave anytime you want! There are no restrictions apart from the age limit and of course - be kind and have a good time! That’s where I bet the THC helps 😋 Om Namah Shivaya! (Just for kicks, religion no bar!)

A contemporary dance class for anyone who wants to explore movement — no experience needed, just an open mind and comfortable clothes.
Each session may include a mix of:
* Movement fundamentals and body awareness
* Improvisation and play
* Short choreographic phrases
* Simple partnering and group dynamics
We work with ideas like weight, flow, momentum, and sensing — building a physical vocabulary that's accessible whether you've never danced before or come from another movement background.
**Where:** 155 East Beaver Creek Rd, Richmond Hill
**When:** Every Saturday 2:30-4:00pm
**Cost:** $25 for 1st session \| $45 drop\-in \| $40 come with a friend or 4\-class pack \| $35 for 8\-class pack
**About the Instructor**
Nina holds an MA in Dance Performance from Trinity Laban, London (UK), and has taught in London, Toronto, Waterloo and Hong Kong. She brings a warm, exploratory approach to every class and believes dance is for everyone.
**What to Bring**
* Comfortable clothes you can move freely in (long pants recommended)
* Socks — avoid very slippery ones
* A bottle of water

**Women’s Support Circle – First In-Person Meetup (High Park Area)**
This is a small, informal gathering for women in Toronto who have experienced controlling, emotionally abusive, or difficult relationships and are looking for a safe space to connect with others who understand.
This is not therapy—just a peer support circle built around shared experience, respect, and confidentiality.
**📍 Location:** Coffee Tree Roastery (2417 Bloor St W, near High Park Station)
**📅 Date:** Saturday, May 2nd
**🕙 Time:** 10:00 AM
**🫶 Structure:**
* We’ll start by meeting at the café and settling in
* Light introductions (30–45 minutes)
* If everyone feels comfortable, we may take a short walk into High Park afterward
* If the weather allows, we’ll find a picnic table in the park for continued conversation or a casual discussion
This is a small group setting to keep things safe and comfortable for everyone.
