Puppy Yoga:
In the first 3 months of a puppies life it is very important to expose your puppies to different people, new environments, sounds and smells. Puppy yoga is a safe and fun space that aids with our puppies socialisation.
When you cuddle a puppy, it has psychological benefits, increasing the happy hormones: oxytocin and serotonin to the brain and lowering cortisol levels (the negative hormone) similar to when you embrace a new-born baby for the first time. This in turn with the yoga, will leave you feeling physically , mentally and emotional balanced and fulfillled.
For health and safety reasons an Adult must attend and supervise the child. One adult per two children tickets purchased.
Tickets non-refundable but can be redeemed against any future puppy yoga event with BarePaws Yoga Ltd.

FULL - Social Walk, Games & Pub Trip | Southwark Park
**Spring is here and to make the most of the amazing colours of the season starting to come into bloom, we've got your Sunday sorted with our latest Social Walk and Pub trip!**
And for this month's social walk, we'll be hiking from Southwark Park to Waterloo.
To kick things off in Southwark Park - you'll be allocated a group/team for an initial mix of fun games designed to help you break the ice and get to know your fellow walkers a little better.
We’ll then set off on our 2-3 hour hike wandering past the serene channels and lakes of Canada Water, Stave Hill Ecological Park and the wild and rustic Russia Dock Woodland.
We will before heading west along the River Thames to Waterloo, past some of the many of the famous sights of the capital, such as the Tower of London, London Bridge and Shakespeare's Globe.
Best of all, we’ll be ending up at one of our favourite pubs near the Southbank, where we’ll be dusting off our **huge collection of board games for you to enjoy.**
And so you’ll be able to rest your legs and have a couple of drinks, get to know your fellow 20s and 30s, and play some games.
Owing to capacity at the pub, we will sadly be having to cap numbers and so do make sure you nab your place as soon as you can - as we will be having to turn off RSVPS when we’re nearing the capacity limit.

Fullmoon Soundbath Meditation

A gong bath under the moon is the ultimate relaxation. You are invited to lie down under the moon and relax while the sounds of the gongs and other instruments wash over you. This session provides ultimate relaxation and supports healing through full body vibration.
These sounds act to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves associated with meditative states of stillness; while releasing nitric oxide which supports the health of our hearts, lungs and bones, helping to regulating our nervous system, immune system, hormones and sleep cycles.
As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing become deeper. It is in this state that deep healing can occur. Thus, a sound bath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits.

The Spring Equinox marks the moment when day and night stand in perfect balance. Light and dark. Expansion and stillness. Doing and being.
This half-day retreat is an invitation to pause at that threshold and turn inward. To explore the balance between your inner world and the way you show up in the outer one. Between the parts of yourself that feel easy to share — and the parts you quietly keep hidden.
What if both belong?
Together, we will gently explore:
* What aspects of myself do I naturally express?
* What do I tend to hide, soften, or suppress?
Through intentional yoga, balancing breathwork, guided journaling, reflection time and embodied exercises, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your whole self — not just the polished, productive or “positive” parts, but the tender, uncertain and powerful parts too.
This is not about meeting yourself more fully.
