The title character is an alien resembling a Black man (albeit with somewhat irregular feet) who has crash-landed on Earth. He finds himself stranded in New York City and tries to find safe haven in Harlem. The plot is an allegory for the immigrant experience in the USA. The film will follow the life of **Michael Jackson**, with his nephew **Jaafar Jackson** taking on the lead role. Early footage has already drawn attention thanks to his striking resemblance and his natural ability to capture Michael’s iconic stage presence and dance moves. The story is expected to offer a broad and balanced look at Jackson’s life, following his journey from the **Jackson 5** to becoming one of the most famous entertainers in the world, while also touching on the more difficult and complex parts of his story. **The Plan:** is to start out at the **Look Dine-In Bar** (far end, past the box office) for casual drinks and chat. We've been to the Reston location - this is their store in Fairfax. It's a little smaller, so I've set an attendee limit. Same menu, same good food, and I recommend the housemade blackberry syrup for a latte, or their Rose Matcha Latte. Both are kinda unique.
