Note that we are in **Suite #130**. This class will provide instruction into the basic concepts of **Jiu-Jitsu** as a form of martial art. Participants will have the opportunity to study, practice, and experiment with **submission holds** and **strategic fighting controls** that are the hallmark of the now famous methodology of Professional MMA athletes and professional combatives users.
