Join the Gayzelles (LGBT multi sports club) for a fun evening of paddling! Try a variety of bots, including kayaks, canoes, sit on top kayaks and stand up paddling boards - there is something for everyone No experience needed! Our friendly members will provide coaching and training. So whether you’re completely new or looking to build confidence on the water you’ll be warmly welcomed Cost £6 per person

A great way to experience kayaking on the Thames as a first timer or newish paddler with reasonable fitness (2hrs of actual paddling), with [Edge Progressive Paddling](https://edgepaddling.com/). The session will be led by a very experienced Coach who will keep you safe and provide instruction. Meet at the Kew Bridge arches (Brentford side - see map). We will paddle downstream with the tide, towards Barnes and then return with the tide. Boat, paddle & buoyancy aid will be provided. Dress for the weather: man-made fibres that don't hold water, waterproof if it looks like rain; for your feet closed toe shoes that you don't mind getting muddy e.g. old trainers, wetsuit boots or water shoes. You may get a bit wet so bring a change of clothing and shoes for afterwards. Changing facilities are available at the arches - arrive a little early please if you need to change beforehand. London Board Riders surf trip to Croyde. All abilities welcome. Lots of schools and rental shops. Can head down Thursday or Friday. Surfers and kitesurfers welcome, there are some great spots around. How LBR works? We don't charge any fees, you simply use this group to coordinate rides and accommodation with others to keep the cost down and have mates to do activities with. How to book?
