Enjoy weekly Vinyasa Flow classes and connect to your potential of strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. The flows are sequenced creatively to add variety to your practice.
This 90 min class offers a wide range of postures combined with pranayama to contribute towards inner space and peaceful mind. Expect a playful and functional approach with grounding, soothing and energizing flows to create more strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility.
All classes include pranayama, meditation and inspirational insights to strengthen your physical and spiritual practice.
Classes are suitable for all levels, but a prior knowledge of the basics is appropriate (different options are presented).

This isn't a mass-market gym session where you're just another face in the crowd. It is a tailor-made experience in a safe, intimate group where your individual needs are truly seen and answered. I don't believe in "*performing*" or pushing to 100%. Instead, we focus on intention, listening to our bodies, and finding that sweet spot where physical challenge meets deep relaxation.

The moon will be close to full. Weather forecast is good, sky should be clear, sunset at 18:22, moonrise at 14:33. We start walking at 19:00, till 22:00, about 12 km.
**Getting there:**
This hike is a loop. Start is easy to reach by tram 44.
There is as well a parking if you come by car.

**Meeting point** is Saturday 28/2 at 19:00.
We start walking at 19:15.
Be sure to eat before the hike or to bring some food that you can eat during the hike.
Please pack at least 1.0 L of water, along with some snacks to keep our energy up, and wear good walking shoes.
We will walk on unpaved and paved roads through parc, woods and countryside.
We will walk at a medium pace, 5 km/h on average while walking.
Please bring water and some snacks.
The purpose is to enjoy full moon light as much as possible and the sky should be mostly clear.
Neverthless you must foresee **a lamp** as some part may be dark due to trees/leaves/clouds and moonlight can be insufficient in the middle of the forest.
For your convenience and safety, ensure your GSM battery is fully charged. It’s also a good idea to bring an extra fully charged battery pack with you, just in case.
Notice : by local rules, in Sonian Forest and in the parc, dogs should be kept on a leash.

Ready for some bouldering fun? Boulder-what? 🤔 It’s climbing (FR: escalade, le bloc) up to 4.5m high without ropes—and in my case, without much hope! 😂✨
It’s a super fun indoor activity, but be warned: it does require a certain level of physical fitness and/or skill. Most importantly, though, it requires awesome company—which we’ve got! 😎
The Idea:
📍 Meeting Point: For those arriving at 17:00, we’ll meet at the cafeteria (next to the billiards table).
Feel free to start earlier or later—just drop me a message or write in the group chat so we can meet up.
💪 Stay & climb as long as you want - venue closes at midnight!
🥤 Recharge: If you’ve had enough climbing for the day (we usually do this after 2 hours of climbing), we may head back to the cafeteria (or to the rooftop if it's sunny🌤️) for snacks, drinks & games. Cafeteria closes at 22:00.

Yin Yoga Nidra
Unwind & relax with an amazing combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
**Yin Yoga** encourages flexibility and mobility and is suitable for ALL levels. It’s a passive but deep practice with long-held and gentle stretches of the connective tissue. Yin Yoga opens the body on a deeper level . It also prepares you for ultimate deep relaxation.
**Yoga Nidra** means *yogic sleep*. This practice invites you to stay awake and alert while in Savasana. In this state we strengthen our intuition coming from the unconscious mind. As the mind becomes withdrawn and one-pointed, consciousness is maintained. The physical, mental and emotional relaxation creates space for insights and healing. The only thing you need to do is to listen to the instructions during the whole practice without falling asleep 😊.
In the Raja Yoga Sutras (1:38), Rishi Patanjali states: *"SvapnaNidrajnanalambanam va”* meaning “The mind can be made steady by giving it knowledge of dream and sleep for support.”
Each session will enhance a specific topic.

Sunday Run - Uccle Edition ~16km
## 🏃♂️ Sunday Run : The Green Lungs of Uccle (16km)
**Kick off your Sunday with the Brussels Runners!** Whether you’re a long-time regular or this is your very first time joining, come find your rhythm with us. This week, we’re leaving the cobblestones behind to explore the hidden valleys and leafy heights of Uccle.
### 📍 The Route: From Pavilions to Plateaus
We’ll start at the **historic white Pavilions** (Bois de la Cambre) and head south into a side of Brussels. Our journey is a "greatest hits" of Uccle’s nature reserves:
* The rolling greens of **Parc de Wolvendael**
* The wilder paths of **Keyenbempt & Kinsendael**
* The sweeping views of the **Engeland Plateau**
* The tranquil **Parc de la Sauvagère**
We’ll loop back through the Bois de la Cambre to finish a beautiful **16km circuit** on a mix of pavement and soft park paths.
### 📋 The Essentials
* **Distance:** \~16 km
* **Pace:** Strictly **6:15 min/km**. This is a steady, social effort—perfect for building endurance without the burn.
* **Meeting Point:** At the **2 white Pavilions** (Entrance to Bois de la Cambre).
* **Bag Drop:** Available on-site—run light!
* **Post-Run:** Join us for a post-run "rehydration" (coffee or something colder) at **Café de la Presse** to swap stories and weekend plans.

This is a **no-drop social run**. We’re here for the community, the conversation, and the consistent miles. It’s the ultimate way to discover Brussels’ "green lungs".

Ruins Abbey of Villers (Villers-La-Ville to Ottignies, 25km)
On Sunday I am proposing a hike close to Brussels. We will start in the tiny village Villers-La-Ville, which is known for its impressive ruins of a former abbey. Subsequently, we will walk through a forest and agricultural areas. This region also has wine producers, so we might also encounter some vineyards on the way. At our destination Ottignies we will probably find an open bar for a drink.
As the number of participants is limited, it is important that you manage your registration responsibly: only sign up if you really intend to come and cancel as soon as you know you can’t (this also goes for people on the waiting list!). We will try to keep close to an average speed of about 5 km/h. We will walk mainly on unpaved roads. I’ve not tested this track beforehand, so it’s possible that there are some mistakes in the planning.

In Ottignies you have eight minutes to change to train S61 4560 direction Jambes at 10h23. You should get out in Villers-La-Ville. In Brussels, you can find me in the first car of the train.

In Ottignies there is at least one direct train per hour back to Brussels.
