I don't believe in "*performing*" or pushing to 100%. Instead, we focus on intention, listening to our bodies, and finding that sweet spot where physical challenge meets deep relaxation.

Tuesday Evening Social: 5k Easy Base Run
Let’s shake off the mid-week slump with some easy kilometers. This is a no-drop social run focused on keeping the heart rate low and the energy high.

Meetup: 18:40 (for a quick briefing)
Start Time: 18:45 sharp ⚡️
Meeting Point: Location of 'Guingette Maurice' - in front of the 'Sculpture for European solidarity 🇪🇺' (check the map for details)
Target Pace: 6:30 – 7:00 min/km
Distance: 5.0 km
Effort Level: Conversational. If you can’t chat in full sentences, we’re moving too fast!
📝 Key Notes
Visibility: Since we’ll be finishing after sunset, please wear "active" lights or reflective gear to stay seen. 🔦
Storage: We do not have a secure bag or sweater drop, so please arrive ready to run and carry only your essentials. 👟
Brussels Runners - Tuesday Intervals
We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive load, and a recovery week at the end of the cycle.
Session:
* 10 - 20’ warm up (easy run and drills)
* Core session (ie. 6x5' - 2' recovery)
* Cool down
We run together during Warm-up, and cool down and tey to regroup during recovery time. Paces are not imposed (everyone runs at his/her own pace) given the intensity suggested.
Notes:
It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the session, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle.
Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. To have an idea, the average pace at the warm up is around 5'45"/km-6'15"/km so this pace should feel very comfortable

A practise linking functional movement with yoga and functional breathwork.
This practise emphasises posture correction for spine health & breathing properly even when challenged in key poses and during movement.
This class is held in a close community giving the chance for people to meet others in a context of calm and wellbeing. We also go for a chai/coffee in the area after class, however this is not mandatory.
The location is hosted at Merci Studio in St Gilles (near the parvis) . Everyone is welcome as long as you have a kind and open hearted spirit :-)

In **2026**, the overarching theme of our practice will be **connection to the true, timeless Self** — a space beyond roles, stories, and change, where we can directly experience our infinite being through embodied practice.
These Kundalini Yoga classes offer a space to explore this connection through **movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound**. The practice gently guides us from the thinking mind into a deeper state of presence, supporting clarity, grounding, and inner alignment.
A gong is carefully selected from a wide collection to accompany each class, supporting the nervous system and creating a spacious field for integration, rest, and transformation.
**No previous experience is needed.** Classes are open to all and last **1.5 hours**.

Functional Vinyasa Flow
Enjoy weekly Vinyasa Flow classes and connect to your potential of strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. The flows are sequenced creatively to add variety to your practice.
This 90 min class offers a wide range of postures combined with pranayama to contribute towards inner space and peaceful mind. Expect a playful and functional approach with grounding, soothing and energizing flows to create more strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility.
All classes include pranayama, meditation and inspirational insights to strengthen your physical and spiritual practice.
Classes are suitable for all levels, but a prior knowledge of the basics is appropriate (different options are presented).
\- Prices: Trial = 12€\, Drop in = 20€\, 5\-pass card = 80€\, 10\-pass card = 150€ all valid for 6 months\.

Terracing #1: Spring Social Afternoon
After several walks and activities together, it felt like a good idea to simply **meet and spend some relaxed time together**.
So this is a very simple gathering:
we meet on the **terrace of the Maison du Prieur at Rouge-Cloître**, have a drink, talk, and get to know each other.
No formal activity, no structure — just a moment to connect with other members of the **Happy Body community**.
If the weather is nice, Rouge-Cloître is one of the most beautiful natural spots in Brussels, with forests, ponds and quiet paths.
Feel free to come for **10 minutes or stay longer**.
