Our head coach, Colin, has been active in the sports since late 90s till date. Moments That Matter (MTM)is a guided life-reflection experience created for individuals who feel constantly busy, emotionally tired, or disconnected from themselves. This is not a seminar or talk session. It is a curated, facilitated journey designed to help participants pause, reflect, release, and reconnect through guided reflection, sound healing, and intentional writing. Each participant will receive a designed MTM activity book to support reflection and personal insights throughout the sessions. This 4-hour guided experience unfolds as a complete life reflection cycle: * Opening & Grounding Settling into the space and setting intention for the journey ahead. * Guided Life Reflection Journey Facilitated reflection across different life stages past, present, and transitions using guided prompts and the MTM activity book. * Sound Healing & Integration A sound healing and integration segment designed to help participants slow down, reset emotionally, and reconnect inwardly. * Short Break Light refreshments and quiet rest. * Living with Intention Reflection on how we live, choose, and carry meaning forward in daily life. * The Last Gift: Completing the Life Cycle A gentle closing experience that invites participants to reflect on legacy, farewell, and what they wish to leave behind emotionally, relationally, and symbolically. This segment completes the life planning cycle and reframes farewell as an act of care, love, and peace.
