Our head coach, Colin, has been active in the sports since late 90s till date. First, participants will be split into different tables with 2 ladies and 4 gentleman per table. Time will be allocated for participants to interact with each other seated at the same table through interactive icebreaker missions and games. Participants can decide whether they want to play the icebreaker games which we have provided or just chit chat or do all. It is flexible and up to participants to decide. Once the allocated time (around 15 to 20 min) is up which you will know when the organiser rings a bell across every table, it will mean that it is time for rotation. How you will be rotated will be mentioned on the piece of paper which you will receive on the actual day. For each round of rotation, usually 1 lady and 1 gentleman in the table will remain in their seats while the rest in the same table will move to another table based on what is mentioned on the piece of paper which they receive. This will then repeat for every rotation. However, for the last 2 rounds of rotation which will be announced by organisers, it will be totally free and easy. This means that everyone in the event can move to any table of their choice as long as the table is not fully occupied. Our team will also guide you on the rotation to meet different people during the actual event. **For ages 7 to 11.** The Asgard Foundation Trial class is designed for complete beginners aged 7 to 11. Aspiring fencers will undergo a specialized introduction program, with all necessary equipment provided. Fencers will be able to understand basic fencing concepts and execute fundamental technical actions by the end of the course. **For ages 5 to 12.** Aikido for kids is a great learning for self-confidence, defense and fun! During the classes, your child will practice a fair bit of rolls, aikido hand techniques, samurai sword (bokken) and staff (jo). Aikido develops coordination, sense of balance, mutual respect, communication skills and tolerance. Your child will practice both attacker and defendant roles that builds respect, understanding and develops collaboration. **For ages 17 and above.** Rumba, often nicknamed the “dance of love”, is derived from the Afro-Caribbean ballroom dance “Son” popular in the 1930s. Its slower, smooth and continuous hip actions, known as the ‘Cuban movement’, give it a romantic and sensual feel.
