I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg
Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich.
Designed to strengthen, release and stretch muscle tensions, conditioning your body by increasing your range of motion and flexibility as well as overcoming back pain; improving your posture and circulation so you can exercise more efficiently, whilst keeping your body injury free. The class is structured as a workout & stretch combination. Open to all levels.
You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session.
There's a small cost to cover the venue and facilities - CHF 40.-

**Have you noticed how your body responds to stress â and what helps it to release?**
These monthly sessions offer a safe and powerful space to explore your breath, body, and emotions in a new way. This type of breathwork can support you in releasing built-up tension, reducing stress, processing emotions, and moving through inner blockages. Many participants leave with a deep sense of peace and inner calm.
I will always respect your boundaries and only guide you as far as feels safe and right for you. Itâs not about forcing anything that isnât there, but about giving you space and time for self-exploration and -regulation.
After a short introduction, youâll be guided through a breath journey using the technique of conscious connected breathing. The experience is supported by music and gentle bodywork, with time for rest and integration at the end.
Held in a small and intimate group setting, these sessions are open to all levels â no previous experience needed.

Wir, Peter und Patrick, sind zwei Physiotherapeuten mit einer Leidenschaft fĂźr Sport und Bewegung. Bei unserem **Gruppenfitness Training** trainierst du gemeinsam mit anderen, das motiviert, macht SpaĂ und hilft, dranzubleiben.
Wir kombinieren Kraft, Ausdauer, Beweglichkeit und funktionelle Ăbungen, passend fĂźr alle Fitnesslevels.
**Wichtig:** Bitte kommt in bequemer Sportkleidung. Wer nicht direkt auf dem Boden trainieren mĂśchte, bringt gerne eine Matte mit.

Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
HIKE location Changed to Sharon Woods Multi Purpose Path due to wet grounds

Hike approx 4.0 miles at approx. 18 minute mile pace. Meet in front of the Nature Center.
Sharon Woods HIKE
Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area. If trail conditions are poor, we will use the Multipurpose Path.
