Weâll be running on the sidewalk, doing 5 easy loops to complete a total of 5 km. The whole session will take about 1 hour or less.
All paces are welcome â you can run, jog, or do run/walk intervals. The goal is not speed, itâs showing up, moving your body, and feeling good.

It's better when we're together. Come and experience the power of the WHM with a wonderful group of people. We breathe, we go into the cold and we teach our bodies to heat up properly. We develop resilience and the mindset to use these powerful healing tools over and over again, all year round. This gathering is fully guided by Wim Hof instructor Steve Beattie.
If you are new to this, come on down, enjoy the support and practice in a safe way with us. If you already have a WHM practice this meetup is a great way to take it to the next level, and make lots of new friends.
There will be a fire, snacks and drinks shared by other attendees. We have been doing this 6 for years!

This is a relaxed New Yearâs Day social that flows from a scenic urban hike through the Don Valley, into a movie downtown, and ends with a cozy cafĂŠ hangout. No pressure, no rush â just an intentional, feel-good way to begin the year.

Meet at Broadview Station
Hike through the Don Valley Trail, moving from city streets into nature and back toward downtown
Distance: ~12 km total
Pace: steady and conversational, with breaks as needed
This is a beautiful winter urban hike â peaceful, grounding, and a great way to reset on January 1st.

This meetup is about getting to know new people and sharing the experience in a small group (3-6 people).

**The event: The Original HIIT Experience in the Red Room**
Barry's Toronto is the largest studio in the world - 8,000 square feet of the iconic red room experience. The lights drop, the music pumps, and you're locked in with 47+ people split between Woodway treadmills and strength training benches.
The workout is brutal by design: 25 minutes running, 25 minutes strength training, broken into 15-minute intervals. Different body focus each day. We'll meet at the studio, crush the workout together, then grab smoothies at the Fuel Bar. Post-Barry's conversations are real - you just survived something together. The whole experience runs about 1.5 hours.
