šŗ Donna Eden energy exercises are a form of gentle movements that help boost the immune system and clear stuck energy which causes low mood and lack of motivation. We also do **chakra clearing** to help you to feel more emotionally balanced.

**What you need to bring**
If you have a yoga Matt thatās great, if not you can do the exercises on the floor. I recommend investing in a yoga Matt so you can do the floor movements comfortably. Amazon and EBay sell reasonably priced yoga matts from Ā£10. Please also have a cushion nearby as you may need it for some movements.

They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to āpin the blameā on someone or something. The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
