Welcome to another one of the WALK events where you have the opportunity to explore all the scenic routes I’ll execute whether there’s nature within, whether we get immersed within the city and feel great about yourself.
With this particular walk, we will be walking through Finsbury Park. Finsbury Park is another beautiful park that offers some beautiful sceneries of nature, the lake, some historical monuments and much more.
After this walk, if all goes well, we can do an aftermath and let democracy decide.

# A Candid Evening of Questions, Science and Honest Reflection with Tommaso Barba
# Curious about what really happens when taking psychedelics and why these experiences can feel so powerful?
Blending science, personal insight, and cultural reflection, this session offers a grounded, nuanced introduction for both newcomers and the experienced.

Clown Healing Workshop
## A **CLOWN HEALING** DAY PROVIDES THE CHANCE TO EXPLORE YOUR PLAYFULNESS, SILLINESS AND SENSE OF FUN IN A SAFE SPACE.
The intention is to create emotional freedom and release through the art of play and the craft of clowning.
The workshop is aimed at ordinary humans who want to release stress, open up to others, laugh out loud, build confidence, step out of their usual personas and rediscover their sense of aliveness and creativity.
Through a mix of games and clown structures we will explore how clowning can be a path to inner freedom
As the day goes on, you will glimpse how *Clown Healing* is a catalyst for many aspects of personal and spiritual development including: Self-expression, Creativity, Humility, Acceptance, Vulnerability, Present Moment Living, Mindfulness, Spontaneity, Connection, Authenticity, Joy, Going with the flow.

Labyrinth Walking Meditation
Come and walk in silence and to music, around a replica of the labyrinth on the floor of Chartres Cathedral . The Labyrinth is a means, a tool which can help us to go within ourselves to “find our way”. To connect with our own inner light and connect to a deeper/ higher sense of ourselves. It has no dogma or agenda. All we are asked to do is walk.
This workshop is an invitation to walk with intention and afterward there will be an opportunity to reflect on your experience through writing and meditation then share with others any insights you have gained.

Fearless Self-Defence Meetup
I am excited to announce our first meetup... In this meetup I will share with you a effective yet simplistic system born out of Aikido Martial Arts that puts people in successful control of altercations/attacks... A system that doesn't rely upon physical strength or super fitness and yet can be learned in no time at all...
System learned we shall then move onto de-escalating/de-fusing emotionally charged situations coupled with pro-active thinking around staying safe and effectively assessing risk/potential danger before it has a chance to become a imminent problem/danger...
It is envisaged that all attendees will gain the foresight and skill sets in this meetup needed to negate some of the most challenging of situations that would otherwise have been overwhelming, and at a time when we hear about knife crime/stabbings almost daily perhaps there has never been a greater time and need to educate a safer alternative approach to put a stop to the mindless carrying of offensive weapons as a only perceived means of defending oneself... Each carry is a ticking time bomb recipe to disaster...

**HOW IT WORKS**
**Step 1: Bring a topic**
Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event.
**Step 2: Circle up & share**
We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.

**HOW TO BRING A GREAT TOPIC**
A great topic = something you're genuinely curious about.
Recent topics include:

Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.
