Hi Everyone, With Covid19 happening, there is still a limited participants for group events of up to 8 pax happening, so this just to keep the virtual skating together going. The Challenge is to skate as much as you can during this pandemic each week. And see how we rank on leaderboard of Strava. The ranking is arranged by most distances skated each week. Improving efficiency of your strokes so that you can generate more power and spin effortlessly. 2. Improve your consistency to have longer rallies. 3. Learn the most up-to-date match tactics. 4. Mental strategies to help you deal with difficult situations in matches. 5. Execute game plan for match play. 6. Absolute Archery (Singapore) was inaugurated in 2020, aiming to provide training venue, competitive coaching, fun shoot events and a place for the community bring people together to advocate and support each other in pursuing the sports.
