Vente y hablamos. Rafa. \-\-\-\- Hi! Every day there are new ways to learn Spanish, (or any language) new apps, grammar methods, AI, teachers explaining things on videos, and they are all great. If they help you to understand more and to speak better, they are great. The main plan in this group is to improve your Spanish with games, real activities and exercises to speak more. All the games and activities are a good excuse to correct the most difficult/ frequent mistakes: Difficult words, confusing past tenses, prepositions, verbs that mean many things, ser and estar in the past, sentences with two or more verbs, subjuntive, colloquial expressions, and also “cultural" mistakes: How we, Spanish people, use the language in different situations? People participating are (almost always) very nice, and usually leave very positive reviews of the classes. If the plan fits you, come to practice your Spanish and we'll talk about food, travel, work, culture, Internet, local issues, business, news and many more things. There is a contribution to participate of only €10 per person/2-hour class (materials included, drinks not included) or €30 for 4 classes. Let´s talk. Rafa.

**Important:** * Please sign up on the following website to complete your sign up: [https://uxdx.com/community/community-barcelona-2026-06-11/](https://uxdx.com/community/community-barcelona-2026-06-11/) An in-person series of meetups focused on helping product & engineering teams in Copenhagen bridge the gap between UX, Product, Design, and Dev, and to build better products faster, together. **Agenda:** **18:30 - 19:00** Opening and registration **19:00 - 19:15** Welcome from the UXDX Ambassadors and Preply **19:15 - 19:45** Talk 1: Oana Stroe, Product Design Lead at Hubtype **19:50 - 20:15** Talk 2: Mert Tas, Principal Product Manager at Vista **20:30 - 21:00** Closing and networking ## **✨ Talks** **Talk by Oana Stroe -** [The Silo is Dead. Long Live the Silo.](https://uxdx.com/session/the-silo-is-dead-long-live-the-silo/) This talk explores how AI is reshaping ownership, craft and collaboration in cross-functional teams, and why the specialists who feel most threatened might actually be the ones who matter most. Expect honest observations and some uncomfortable questions. **Talk by Mert Tas -** [AI, Collaboration, and Hidden Tradeoffs of Product Teams](https://uxdx.com/session/ai-collaboration-and-hidden-tradeoffs-of-product-teams/) Generative AI is changing how product, design, and engineering teams work together, from how ideas are explored to how decisions are discussed and documented. In this session, Mert will share practical experiences from working on complex design and personalization products at Vistaprint: where AI genuinely improves quality, shared context, and speed, and where it risks creating shallow alignment, coordination overhead, or endless artifact generation instead of deeper thinking. The session is intended less as a prescription and more as an honest reflection on the new collaboration tradeoffs many teams are already starting to feel. ## **About UXDX** UXDX helps teams shift from project based delivery to empowered, autonomous product teams. We host global conferences and over 150 free community events each year, bringing together UX, Product, Design and Development practitioners to share how real teams build better products faster.

Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs. In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps. We’ll also look at practical reasons a developer might create an extension, from automating repetitive tasks to adding custom tooling. The session includes a hands-on walkthrough of creating a new extension, testing it locally, and understanding the basic project structure. We’ll close with a brief overview of how extensions are packaged and published to the Visual Studio Marketplace and other distribution options. **YouTube Link** TBD
Columbus Code & Coffee 87 @ Improving
Columbus Code & Coffee 87 @ Improving
Columbus Code & Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. People of all skill levels attend, and we love it that way. Many people (optionally) bring projects to work on, and many other people (optionally) socialize the entire time. It's entirely up to you! **What to Expect at the Intro Circle** \~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~\~ Near the beginning of the event (1:30 pm), we do a standup: * Organizer announcements, updates, and logistics Round 1 - (7 secs max): * Your name * What you're working on * What you can help others with Round 2: * Community events you wanna plug. If none, that's cool too. Round 3: * Job opportunities you're hiring for OR announce that you are looking for one. If none, that's cool. After the introduction circle, everything is self-organized! Feel free to work alone, pair up, attend one of our workshops/presentations, or mingle!
