El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda (a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Recomanem anar de demà.** *** **REGLES BÀSIQUES PER AL SOFTCOMBAT** **NORMATIVA I SEGURETAT** **la participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes:** Per a garantir la seguretat dels participants, totes les armes alienes a seran testades prèviament, conservant-se el dret a admissió de l'arma o de l'usuari. Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. **La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes.** 1. 🥾🛶 Join us for a fresh Costa Brava day in Llançà: sea, cliffs, coastal paths, kayaking, swimming and snorkeling and beach time. 🥾🛶 *Un día refrescante en la Costa Brava, en Llança combinando kayak de mar, snorkel, calas escondidas, vistas costeras y un ambiente relajado de playa.* **[CASTELLANO + ABAJO ⤵️]** 🛶 **The Plan** We’ll usually start with a 2-hour guided sea kayak activity, with time on the water and a stop for snorkeling. This area is especially beautiful from the sea: a wilder stretch of the Costa Brava, with rocky coastline, clear Mediterranean water, hidden corners and sea caves. One of the highlights of the kayak route is the Cova del Castellar, a hidden gem that will surprise you with its natural beauty and impressive rock formations. During the kayak activity, the guide will share some insights about the coastline and the marine life of the area, so we can enjoy the place not only as an adventure, but also as a small discovery of this unique wild Mediterranean environment. After the kayak, we’ll continue with an easy coastal hike to enjoy the landscape from land, find a nice spot for picnic and spend some relaxed time by the beach. And if kayak is not your thing, no problem. You can join with the hiking + beach chill option: while the others go kayaking, you can stay by the beach, swim, relax or enjoy your picnic, and then meet the group again for the hiking part. The usual plan is kayak first, hiking afterwards, but depending on sea and weather conditions, we may change the order to keep the day safe and smooth. Esta zona es especialmente bonita desde el mar: un tramo más salvaje de la Costa Brava, con costa rocosa, aguas cristalinas, rincones escondidos y cuevas marinas. Uno de los highlights de la ruta en kayak es la Cova del Castellar, una joya escondida que os sorprenderá por su belleza natural y sus impresionantes formaciones rocosas. Durante la actividad de kayak, el guía también compartirá algunas explicaciones sobre la costa y la vida marina de la zona, para disfrutar del lugar no solo como una aventura, sino también como una pequeña descubierta de este entorno mediterráneo tan salvaje y especial. Después del kayak, seguiremos con una ruta fácil de senderismo por la costa para disfrutar del paisaje desde tierra, buscar un buen sitio para comer nuestro picnic y pasar un rato tranquilo cerca de la playa. Y si el kayak no es lo tuyo, no pasa nada. Puedes apuntarte con la opción senderismo + chill time en la playa: mientras los demás hacen kayak, puedes quedarte en la playa, bañarte, descansar, leer, comer tu picnic o simplemente disfrutar del Mediterráneo a tu ritmo. Después nos reencontraremos con el grupo para hacer la parte de senderismo juntos. Stop Guessing: How to Measure and Improve LLM Outputs
Most people use LLMs by feel: ask a question, read the answer, decide whether it “seems good,” and move on. That works for casual use. It does not work when you are building software, automating workflows, writing important documents, or relying on AI for anything that needs to be repeatable. In this talk, we’ll look at how to improve and evaluate the inputs and outputs of LLMs using practical measurement techniques. We’ll cover how prompt changes affect results, how to compare outputs, how to build simple evaluation sets, and how math-based methods like similarity scoring can help you move beyond guesswork. This will be beginner-friendly, so even if you don't know anything about AI, you should get something out of it. However, this will be a little more technical than our intro talks. You do not need to be an AI researcher, but programmers and technically curious attendees will get a lot out of it. We’ll cover: * Why “it looks good” is not enough * How to improve prompts by changing the input, context, and constraints * How to compare LLM outputs more systematically * Basic evaluation techniques for accuracy, consistency, and usefulness * How embeddings, cosine similarity, and scoring can help evaluate results * Where automated evaluation works — and where humans still need to stay in the loop By the end, you’ll have a practical mental model for treating LLMs less like magic and more like systems you can test, measure, and improve.
