Nach einem kleinen Input über das Loslassen bei Tee und vegetarischem Frühstück tauchen wir in die sanfte Welt des intuitiven Malens ein. Was auch immer wir ziehen lassen wollen, die Wolkenmalerei wird uns unterstützen – leicht, frei und wandelbar. Dich erwartet ein besonderes Erlebnis in einer kleinen Gruppe, liebevoll angeleitet und achtsam begleitet.
Intuitives Malen ist Malen aus dem Herzen. Ein Malen, das Dich einlädt, entstehen zu lassen, was sich zeigen möchte; loszulassen, was nicht mehr nötig ist. Wie die Wolken ziehen auch wir weiter. Ganz ohne Anstrengung entsteht Raum und innere Weite.

Botanical Meditations: Cultivate calm thru art and plant life
**This workshop brings together meditation, art, and nature to bring about calm and a closer connection to the more-than human world.**
We will explore ways of meditating with plants as our guide and artmaking as our medium of cultivating awareness.
Participate in simple creative exercises that involve playing with words, color, shapes, gestures, and forms to create visual and poetic botanical portraits to take home.
**No previous experience in art or meditation is necessary.**

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.
No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening.

With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. I facilitate the space and structure of the walk, inviting shared exploration rather than instruction.

Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense.
Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world.
The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.

**Join Us for Sunday Worship at the American Church in Berlin!**
The American Church in Berlin (ACB) is an **ecumenical Protestant congregation** where people from *many* Christian traditions worship together—Lutheran, Reformed/Presbyterian, Anglican/Episcopal, Methodist, Baptist, non-denominational, Roman Catholic, and even a few Eastern Orthodox members. Wherever you come from, you’ll find a place where you can feel at home.
Our worship is **traditional and liturgical**, rooted in the rich patterns of the Christian church and easy for both Protestants and Roman Catholics to enjoy. We celebrate **Holy Communion every Sunday and every festival day**, and all baptized Christians are welcome at the Lord’s Table.
ACB is an **extraordinarily diverse congregation**, with members from around the world. On any given Sunday you’ll find long-time Berlin residents, young adults, teenagers who attend on their own, families with children, seniors, and many visitors and tourists passing through the city.

The Inner GUIDANCE Workshop is an embodied journey into your inner knowing, wisdom, and clarity. Through free-form movement, dance, and gently guided impulses and intention-setting, you are invited to reconnect with your body as a source of guidance, truth, and trust.
In a supportive and non-judgmental space, we move to alchemize inner obstacles, awaken joy in the body, express a freer, new version of ourselves, and return to our inner center. Gratitude becomes a shared practice, raising our frequency, cultivating unity within ourselves and with others, and opening us to authentic human connection—expressed through the language of our moving bodies.
This workshop creates space to listen deeply to your intuition. You will be supported in letting go of old concepts, strengthening self-trust, and finding the courage to step into growth and transformation—grounded, embodied, and aligned.
No prior dance experience is required. There is no right or wrong way to move—only the willingness to connect with your inner compass: your body.

Breathwork 2 h - Conscious Connected Breathwork @ Denizen Co-Working
**Shamanic Conscious Connected Breathwork**
This group is dedicated to **Conscious Connected Breathwork**, a powerful somatic practice for deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity. Intense states of awareness are possible.
Through **conscious, connected breathing**, rhythmic music, and guided facilitation, participants are invited to access deeper layers of awareness, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect with their inner resources.
There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware.
### This group is for you if you want to:
* release stress, tension, and emotional blockages
* regulate your nervous system and feel more grounded
* explore non-ordinary states of consciousness through breath
* experience clarity, emotional relief, and deep relaxation
### Each session typically includes:
* introduction and intention setting
* guided conscious connected breathwork
* music-supported journey
* integration and grounding
### Contraindications
This practice is **not suitable** for people with any of the following conditions:
* pregnancy
* epilepsy or history of seizures
* severe cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure not medically controlled
* recent surgery or acute physical injury
* glaucoma or detached retina
* severe asthma
* diagnosed psychosis, bipolar disorder, or severe psychiatric conditions

Meditation - An journey into expanded awareness - all levels welcome
**Meditation – One Hour of Presence**
This one-hour meditation session is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
We begin with a short and gentle breathwork exercise to regulate the body, calm the nervous system, and bring attention inward. This prepares the transition into meditation.
This is followed by a 15–20 minute introduction to the meditation practice. During this phase, I explain the core principles of meditation and assign each participant a personal meditation task, tailored to their individual level of experience. The intention of this part is to create clarity, inner orientation, and a sense of safety for the silent practice.
We then enter a first phase of silent meditation.
After approximately 15–20 minutes, the silence is intentionally interrupted by a short walking meditation. This is not a break, but a conscious transition that integrates the body, releases restlessness, and deepens presence.
Afterwards, we return to silent meditation. Each participant practices independently with their personal instruction, within a calm and supportive space.
This session invites you to cultivate presence, quiet the mind, and either deepen an existing meditation practice or begin one in a grounded and accessible way.
**Open to all levels. No prior experience required.**

Welcome to our Silent Reading Café at CaféIN, a new series of peaceful afternoon gatherings at our inclusive cafe where you can enjoy your books, the silence and the beauty of the Spandauer Forst.
CaféIN is located in the middle of the Evangelisches Johannesstift campus which is surrounded by trees, calm paths and fresh forest air of the Spandauer Forst, one of Berlin’s most beautiful forest areas. Just a few minutes away you’ll find the Havel river, with its quiet waterfronts and small natural lakes.

Everyone wants to know what kind of God we worship and what kind of meditation we do. We worship the GOD that LOVES US! We understand that god is an energy and it lives in us as us. Our meditations guide others to actually experience that energy! xoxo We don't just talk about peace, love and affection, we experience it :)

Rev. Siobhan Wolf Shaffer is an ordained spiritualist minister and certified medium and healer with over 20 years experience. She began her development in 1988 in Pennsylvania and continued when she moved to Ohio in 1998 where she studied at Rays of Lights Church with Rev. Steven Clevenger.
Our full worship services consist of an inspirational lecture, healing meditation, and messages from the spirit world that serve to demonstrate evidence of eternal life.
