**About the group instructor**
My name is Niluma Anne, a passionate Yogini on a dedicated spiritual journey for the past seven years. From the very beginning, I have immersed myself in a spiritual women’s group, which has been a profound source of support and growth. Yoga and Tantra Yoga have brought incredible balance, harmony, and a deeper understanding of myself, truly transforming my life.
Throughout my journey with the traditional integral Yoga system, I’ve learned practical ways to bring calm and balance into daily life, even in challenging times. Completing my Tantra Yoga for Women Instructor Training was a turning point, as it allowed me to blossom in ways I hadn’t thought possible. Being surrounded by a nurturing sisterhood showed me the immense power of women uplifting one another, and I now feel called to share this path with other women who seek similar transformation.

In this Yin practice, we take time to pause, soften, and simply be. With the support of long-held, floor-based postures, the body gradually opens, accessing the deeper layers of fascia and energy pathways.

Open Reflection Women's Circle
**Open Reflection Circle** is a small and intimate women’s gathering in Berlin, where we come together in a cozy café to share, reflect, and connect with one another.
In this circle, a small group of around **8–10 women** gathers to spend time in meaningful conversation and reflection. We begin by introducing ourselves and gently creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed.
Through guided reflection prompts, we explore our journeys, our emotions, and the experiences that shape our lives. These prompts are designed to help you open up and reflect more deeply on your thoughts, your dreams, and the challenges you may be navigating.
We also include a few light and playful exercises to break the ice and help everyone feel relaxed and connected. The intention is not to create pressure to share, but to create an environment where sharing feels natural and safe.
The heart behind the **Open Reflection Circle** is simple:
to bring together women who can hold space for each other and remind one another that we are not alone in our journeys.
This is a space where we can talk honestly about our lives — our visions, our goals, what we are building, and what sometimes holds us back from taking action.
We reflect together on questions such as:
Where do we want to go in life?
What are we dreaming of creating?
What challenges are we facing in our emotional wellbeing or personal growth?
By listening to one another’s stories and perspectives, we often discover insights that we might not have seen on our own.
You are encouraged to bring a **notebook and pen**, as many women like to take notes from reflections, ideas, and inspiration that arise during the conversation.
Toward the end of the gathering, we close with a small and meaningful practice: exchanging short **love letters of gratitude** with each other.
These simple messages help us acknowledge the presence of the women in the circle and leave the space with a feeling of appreciation, connection, and warmth.
The intention of this circle is not advice or fixing each other’s problems.
It is simply to **listen, reflect, learn from one another, and hold space for the beautiful complexity of each woman’s journey.**

Martin is a certified Mindfulness Teacher, Systemic Coach, Yogi and Altruist by heart who teaches Meditation and Martial Arts in different formats. However, in this meetup Martin focuses on the altruistic intention to open a space for people to share while offering as much facilitation as needed in the moment.

Nach einer kurzen Einstimmung und einer Stärkung durch ein entspanntes vegetarisches Frühstück mit gutem Tee widmen wir uns unseren Träumen und Wünschen und bringen sie auf die Leinwand. In diesem **Kreativ- und Malkurs in Berlin** laden wir Dich ein, Deinen inneren Bildern Raum zu geben und sie in Farbe und Form sichtbar zu machen.
Welche Träume möchten wachsen? Welche Sehnsucht möchte sich zeigen?
Beim Malen darf alles entstehen – ob weich und pastellig oder kraftvoll und farbenfroh. Der Prozess des Malens kann der erste Schritt zur Manifestation Deines großen Wunsches sein.
Unter kunsttherapeutischer Anleitung lernst Du, Deine Träume **intuitiv, spielerisch und ohne Leistungsdruck** auszudrücken. Farben, Linien und Formen helfen dabei, innere Visionen greifbar zu machen und neue Perspektiven zu eröffnen.

Centered on Matthew 21:1–11, Palm Sunday brings a holy collision: joy and sorrow, hope and heartbreak, the stories we tell ourselves and the hard truths we can’t avoid. The city cries “Hosanna!”—and yet the road beneath the celebration turns toward the cross.
That tension isn’t just ancient history; it’s the texture of our lives. We know what it is to cling to false hopes, to watch dreams unravel, to feel grief slip into moments we wanted to be purely joyful. Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.
No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening.

My name is Partha Sarathi, you can call me PS. I have lived in Berlin for over 12 years. With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. I facilitate the space and structure of the walk, inviting shared exploration rather than instruction.

Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense.
Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world.
The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.

Rev. Siobhan Wolf Shaffer is an ordained spiritualist minister and certified medium and healer with over 20 years experience. She began her development in 1988 in Pennsylvania and continued when she moved to Ohio in 1998 where she studied at Rays of Lights Church with Rev. Steven Clevenger.
