Find release on the dance floor as you move to a lively mix of dance music: Latin, Soul, House, Reggae, Afrobeats, Funk and more. The crowd is friendly and inclusive, and there is time to slow down and integrate the movement. The session ends with a meditation. Julia Franks leads the sessions. She is an experienced certified teacher of Ecstatic Awakening Dance and Open Floor movement practice.
