Tango Argentino ist eine improvisierte Tanzform, in der wir drei Schlüsselelemente entwickeln: Umarmung, das richtige Gehen und Musikalität. ## KURSE Sonntags von 17:00 bis 18:00 Uhr. In dieser Einheit zeigen wir Übungen in der die Wahrnehmung der Körperachse geweckt und spürbar gemacht wird, wie man durch die Umarmung in Kontakt mit dem Partner treten kann, und wie die Musik und unsere Wahrnehmung von Rhythmus zu einem lebendigen Ganzen verschmelzen. **Would you like to learn badminton and finally hit the shuttle properly?** Our beginner training is exactly what you’re looking for! In small groups of up to 4 people, you will learn the basics step by step: * proper footwork * your first shots to simple game situations * how to serve properly * the game rules * and much, much more! **The fee for this training is 16€ and includes the trainer, the shuttles and the court booking for one hour.** Here are the steps to participate in the training: 1. register in the event (here) 2. pay in advance the registration fee **by Friday evening before the training using this link**: https://pay.sumup.com/b2c/Q2PKK0L1 We cannot cancel the course in the last 24 hours, so we have to pay the instructor and the courts even if you don't come. This way, you can grow as a team, benefit from each other, and make faster progress. **Who is this training for?** Anyone with little or no prior experience, but a willingness to learn how to properly play badminton! The training is done in both German and English. Come a bit earlier so you have time to change into workout/sports clothes. The locker rooms are free to use, but for the men lockers you need a padlock - or you can also take your bag of clothes upstairs to the courts if you do not have a padlock. Also, please bring: * clean indoor sports shoes (no black soles) * your racket or you can rent one from the club, if necessary (4€) * and a water bottle **After the training**, we are hosting our weekly Badminton Sunday event. The hike is considered moderate, but still suitable for most active people.
