Let’s search for Bluebells in the stunning Chilterns - statistically the best weekend to see them! We’ll be heading into the rolling hills of the Chilterns with a 17KM countryside hike around Ivinghoe Beacon, taking in sweeping views, woodland trails, and the iconic Bridgewater Monument. This is a proper day out - a longer hike that rewards effort with some of the best landscapes just outside London. Expect open ridgelines, quiet forest paths, and big panoramic views as we explore one of the most scenic sections of the Chiltern Hills. As always, our hikes are about more than just the distance: they’re a chance to reset, connect with nature, and spend time with a great group of people. **Logistics** 📍 Meeting point: 8am at London Euston Station (exact meeting spot shared via WhatsApp) - We’ll be catching the 8:15am train to Tring (40mins) End: We’ll arrive back in Euston around 5:40pm 🗓 When: Sunday 26th April 💷 Cost: £31 (guided hike and train tickets included: Euston - Tring and back) **🌿 What We’ll See Along the Way:** This route takes us through a mix of woodland and ridgeline trails, offering constant variety and some truly standout views. Occasionally we will spice things up and safely explore more shadow themes of conscious kink Connecting with a range of feelings present in the body and heart, we will release and move energy where needed so we can access the medicine of pleasure in the body, love in the heart and the boundlessness and interconnectedness of our Spirit. We will always start by tuning in to ourselves and the unique energy of the group on the night. We will learn how to acknowledge and set boundaries for ourselves authentic for each group. From here we can explore connections with others using a variety of guided meditations that invite us on a sensory journey to experience touch, sound, smell, sight and taste. You can participate as much or as little as you feel in each exercise and are always encouraged to honour yourself and your boundaries in the moment. As with all Tribalheart events we will make space to stretch, move and dance. The event is open to all levels of experience in Tantra or other conscious connection groups. We wish to create a space where we can deep dive playfully together, moving through any fears around connection and being seen. This is a clothed event unless otherwise specified but we encourage you to bare your heart and let it shine with an intention and generosity to share your unique self at a level you are comfortable with. How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again. So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about.
