Located at the Pickleball Ang Mo Kio courts, our group welcomes players aged 25 and above who are passionate about both pickleball and discussing the latest happenings in Singapore, business, investing and anything under the sun. Come prepared to enjoy some friendly and serious competition on the courts, and forge meaningful friendship with fellow Pickle-chus! Reserve your slots now. All u need to bring is yourself, pickle paddle, hydration for yourself, a towel to dry yourself, comfortable shoes and attire and you're good to go. For first time members, a one time only $4 admin fee is payable for provided equipment (net) and expensive silent balls. That's all. Subsequently it will be $1 a month just to cover cost of setup etc.

The class will focus on Hatha Yoga. Gradually and together we will build on strength and flexibility. I will also focus on mindfulness while incorporating elements of breath work. Each class will start off with some breathing ( to normalise the breathing rate ) and loosening exercises ( to remove lethargy ). We will then transit to Sun Salutations, Asanas flow and finally cooling off with relaxation. Beginners are welcome to join as I will provide different variations for each Asana. If you have had any recent injuries or surgeries, please share privately before the class and I can modify the asanas for you. Please arrive 10 minutes before with your own yoga mat, face towel and water. Fees Structure: 1) 4 sessions - $80 2) 8 sessions - $150 3) Drop in - $25/class I accept payment by Paynow.

Join us for our Squash Sessions happening every Monday / Wednesday / Thursday 6pm to 8pm or 8pm to 10pm Suitable for beginners to the Squash Regulars. Each Session is $15 for pay per play. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
