THE MEETING LOCATION WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER BOOKING
Spiritual Conversations Dublin
This Meetup was created as a sacred place for those who feel called to explore consciousness, spirituality, personal growth, and the deeper aspects of who we are.
We come together every two weeks not for casual socializing, but to connect with depth, presence, and authenticity. Everyone’s perspective is welcome here without judgement.
My intention for this gathering is to be conscious and deliberate—like a living container that supports us all in being seen, heard, and understood.
This space may not be for everyone—and that’s okay.
If you’re looking for light social banter or casual networking, this group may not resonate with you.
But if you feel called to walk into a space where people speak from the heart, share with honesty, and lean into spiritual exploration with wonder and sovereignty—then you’re in the right place.
We don’t always know where the conversation will flow—but we trust the current.
And every time, it brings us to understanding each other from a deeper level.
If this resonates then I look forward to sharing this space with you.
***All are welcome and facilities are wheelchair friendly

reviving gardans, Growing community
**Hands in the Soil: Community Growing, Learning & Craic**
This first gathering will be a relaxed mix of **hands-on garden work, shared learning, and good conversation**. It’s about getting together in a real space, doing something practical, and seeing what ideas and connections might grow from there.
On the day, we’ll:
* Get our **hands dirty** with some light garden work and soil prep
* Do some **seed sowing** and talk about what grows well locally
* **Make kombucha together** and chat about fermentation, food, and simple home practices
* Share knowledge, questions, and experiences around growing food
* Enjoy some **fellowship, chats, and a bit of craic** along the way.Alongside the practical side, we’ll also have an open, informal discussion about a bigger idea:
* The possibility of **small community “park farms” or gardens** in underused green spaces around Dublin
* What that might look like, what’s realistic, and whether others feel drawn to exploring it further
There’s no pressure, no expertise required, and no expectation beyond showing up with curiosity and a willingness to pitch in. Whether you’re experienced with gardening or completely new, you’re very welcome.
Bring clothes you don’t mind getting muddy, and if you have them, gloves. Everything else will be very low-key.
This is just a **first step** — a chance to meet, work, talk, and see if there’s a shared appetite to keep growing something together.

Relating Lab: The art of giving
For a long time, I gave because I thought I had to. I made myself useful, easy to keep around, as if I had to earn the right to be chosen, to make sure they wouldn't leave. But people who are meant to be close to you choose you for who you are, not for what you do for them. Otherwise, it's transactional and full of pressure and expectations.
**This is an evening to feel that difference in your own body.**
**Who this is for**
* You give until there's nothing left.
* You say yes before you've checked whether it's a real yes.
* You often regret overstepping your own boundaries.
* You give to make sure you’re useful to the other person.
* You'd like to learn what it feels like to give from a full-hearted yes.
* You want to grow into a giver to nurture others without losing yourself.
**What we'll do**
* A 100% cacao upon arrival and a short meditation.
* A slow warm-up to notice your own patterns in space.
* A simple practice with a partner, one gentle, consensual action, to feel the difference between a yes you mean and a yes you're performing.
* Space to look at where you over-give and what it costs.
* Paired soundbath.
* A closing circle.
**What this is not**
Not therapy. Not a workshop where you need to be a certain way. Any touch or practice is always your choice, and something you can pass on at any point. Come as you are.
**The practical bits**
Sunday, July 5th, 4–5:45 pm. Calm Rooms, Monkstown.
Up to 10 seats. RSVP through this Meetup. Wear something comfortable that you can sit on the floor in. Bring a water bottle.
**About** me
I'm Olena. I'm a psychologist (PSI graduate member), doing a PhD in organisational psychology, with somatic and consent-based training on top. I run cacao ceremonies and cuddle therapy sessions in Dublin. The Relating Lab is a series of four events that I'll be running monthly through the summer. Each event is focused on a different quadrant of the Wheel of Consent. This is the entry point. Come and share this space with like-minded people.
**Everything is opt-in.** You can pass on any exercise without explaining why.
This event is an introduction to future workshops about giving, receiving, taking, and allowing. It's a safe space; the exercises might include some platonic touch (if you opt in). Every participant is invited to come with reverence for others in the group.
*The Art of Giving is part of a **four-part Relating Lab series** running through the summer, each evening exploring a different part of how we give and receive. Come and share this space with like-minded people.*
**Note:** We may take a few photos during the event for future promotion, and you’re very welcome to opt out by letting us know when you arrive.
