In-person event in Philadelphia Area!!!** Learn more about meditation and understanding what is ‘Satsang’, a meditation in silence in Transcendental Light, that helps you open your heart to light and love. A free weekly Saturday 75 minute workshop will help you practice meditation, while learning more about meditation and Satsang. The workshops are targeted at any level of practitioner alike. Join this online ‘Satsang Workshop’ that will teach you the ancient practice of meditation. The session is an informal one for beginners and there is focus on explaining the process on how to learn and practice. These sessions will always include a deep silent meditation on Transcendental Light for 20-30minutes. This event is **NOT on a first come-first serve** basis and players with higher skill level and players who can bring a net/ball will get priority over others on the wait list. 2. For doubles, we encourage you to choose a partner you can enjoy the game with, and since this a competitive event, it is okay if you make a strong team and win all the games. 3. **LOCATION CHANGE as of APRIL 1, 2026:** **Body Grace has moved to 133 Maple Avenue East, 3rd Floor, above the Bear Branch Tavern.** Whether you're new to Insight meditation or an advanced practitioner looking for like-minded people to sit with, you're welcome to join us at our Sunday morning drop-in group, sponsored by the Insight Meditation Community of Washington. Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. This class includes a 30-minute lightly-guided meditation, followed by a short talk and time for questions and discussion. The size of the group usually runs somewhere between 25-40 people in-person and between 12-25 online. Chairs are provided, or you may bring a sitting cushion or bench. The host will bring the ball, and the bases are already on site - just bring: **Water** **Shirts** \- 2 Shirts \(1 random color and 2 white color\) **Good vibes** and a sense of **fun** All skill levels welcome. Whether you're competitive or just here for laughs, you'll fit right in. We will play 2 games, each lasting 30 minutes. We will take 10 min to make teams(random) and explain the rules. **Weather permitting**, we’ll take a casual ride from Pickerington Ponds (Glacier Knoll) to Three Creeks and back. Distance is **18–25 miles**, depending on where we turn around and whether we add a side loop. Pace is around **12 mph**, but this is a fun, no‑drop ride — we can slow down as needed.
