I train @ My Pace - with Jason
-Outdoor Functional Training for All Fitness Levels-
Join us as we combine healthy, balanced movement with fun, gamified ideas to give you our unique FUNctional training! And in case that doesn’t really tell you what to expect, just think short intervals of exercise combined together in a playful and interactive way to help you strengthen your body in a sustainable way while allowing you to meet new people (and often even forget how hard you’re working out).
As a reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and you’re always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace - I mean, we’re not called My Pace for nothing!
How to find us: We meet and train behind the calisthenics workout station on the Zirkuswiese of the Prater. Here a link to the location on Google maps: [https://maps.app.goo.gl/QdRPEaYTiavZbmVW7](https://maps.app.goo.gl/QdRPEaYTiavZbmVW7)
Cost: In the interest of inclusivity, we've decided to make our sessions donations based here, so you're invited to pay what you can afford. If that actually makes you more uncomfortable and doesn't make it easier to come, know that we've received donations from €2 to €20 and they all made us very happy, because our primary goal is to get people moving and to show them it can be fun all in all. The money is secondary.
One other thing that’s useful to know:
- In the case of bad weather, we do have a back-up location that will protect us from the rain. Should we need to move, we will change the location of this event here. Please feel free to check back here before any event where you suspect bad weather or, even better, simply get in touch with us! We’re available via WhatsApp message (+436802355041) or email (office@mypace.at).
If you'd like to know more about My Pace, feel free to visit our website at [https://www.mypace.at](https://www.mypace.at)

Run+B-fast
Hi Running fellows,
Whether you’re a walker, new to running, a semi-pro, a marathonist or a sprint star - if you want to start your weekend in an active way and enjoy the outdoors in lovely surroundings with a fun, international and multilingual group of people, you are welcome to join us!
Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast.
Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. Not feeling social? Tune out with your earbuds - we can talk over breakfast. We are casual. You can be too.
What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). (Coordinates: 48.1858130, 16.3200640) From there, we walk to the side park entrance where the “running” part begins. The important thing is that you run at your own pace. Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :)
We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. (Coordinates: 48.1858825, 16.3032647). From there, we’re off to breakfast!
Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. If you missed us earlier, you can always go there around 10:45.
We are a fun group of runners who don’t take things too seriously. We meet, chat, RUN, stretch, chat, EAT and we hang out over a beer every now and then. It's that easy. Please join us for breakfast after the run! The more the merrier.
Typically we are 10-30 people, as not everyone who comes signs up on meetup.
Important disclaimer: Please only run as much as you feel you can, considering the temperature, weather conditions, your own fitness etc... run and walk at your own pace as the organizers do not assume any liability for any injuries or health issues. Sonia, Adrian, Ali, Paul and Liz
Is This for Me? Open Playfight Workshop
**✨Explore your own relationship with play, connection and challenge✨**
**Max. 8 participants**
[CLICK TO REGISTER AND SECURE YOU PLACE](https://forms.gle/Pf2c5hhaBuU7pfcR7)
**About this workshop**
**Playfight is a laboratory for real-life situations.**
Over the past months, my workshops have explored themes such as power, conscious touch, intimacy and so on.
**This time, we widen the field again.**
Instead of focusing on one specific topic, we return to the richness of the practice itself.
Open Playfight is a space to discover what value this practice can offer *to you.*
Maybe you’ve been curious about playfight for a while.
Maybe you’ve joined before, but drifted away.
Or maybe there is simply a part of you wondering:
**“Maybe this isn’t for me.”**
**You don’t have to push through your resistance to belong here. Curiosity and care are enough.**
Through movement, games, and playful physical interactions, we’ll explore:
* meeting ourselves and others in a spirit of play
* expressing strength and vulnerability in a safer environment
* discovering that challenge and connection can coexist
* **finding freedom within clear boundaries**
* stepping beyond our usual roles and habits, with curiosity
**Different people discover different things here:**
* confidence,
* softness,
* safe physical contact,
* the freedom to express themselves,
* or simply the joy of moving and laughing together.
* At a deeper level, we touch another human paradox:
**We often think we already know who we are — and what spaces belong to us.**
What if the part of us that says “this isn’t for me” is exactly **the part that is asking to be met?**
No prior experience needed.
Come as you are.
**What to Expect**
16:00 – Doors Open
16:15 – Start
19:30 – End
Grounding, warm-up games, simple connection exercises, playfight circles, and moments of shared reflection.
The workshop unfolds **gradually**, with clear guidance and respect for **individual boundaries**, allowing everyone to participate **at the pace that feels right** for them.
Whether you are completely new or returning after some time away, there is **zero pressure** to perform or “do it right.”🌿

A monthly healing space where we gather to tend the pieces of ourselves and weave them back into wholeness that we are. Each session opens with a Soulbits oracle image setting the tone for the gathering we will move through. We will come together to honor the natural rhythms of rooting, rising, releasing, and receiving; the cycles that shape the soul’s journey.
Through the four pillars of being: mindset, movement, connection & nourishment, we will create a space where imagery, sensation, and community weave together. Where the body becomes the guide, images act as mirrors, and the soul speaks. This circle is about noticing what rises, honoring what’s true, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself ready to be seen.
This is a space to gather your scattered pieces, soften your body, and return to your truth with community by your side. Soulbits Circle is a reminder that every fragment of your story, every soulbit, belongs. Together we weave them into the blooming wholeness that you are.
*Energy Exchange: 1-group $20-40 or 6-group $115*

Christ The Healer, Columbus, Ohio
From the moment sin entered the world, death began. Adam and Eve were not stricken dead immediately, but the process by which none of us lives forever in health and wholeness in these earthly bodies started its inexorable march to the inevitable end—death. The Bible makes it clear that by one man’s sin, death came to all mankind, but that by the obedience of One Perfect Man, Jesus, many are made righteous (Romans 5:19).
F.F. Bosworth recognized this truth; he also would have people consider that the God Who provided for our greatest need—salvation from eternal death—would also provide healing for the lesser, but still great needs, of health and healing from sickness, disease, and the consequences of sin that we encounter before we die.
Join us as we examine the case for biblical healing in the book first published in 1924, ***Christ The Healer*. We meet at True Food Kitchen, Easton Town Center on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:30 pm.**

Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Bring plenty of cards!
