**\*TRAIL RUN GROUP\*** ***WHO SHOULD ATTEND ?*** \> This group is for anyone who has an interest in running in a forest or nature park\. \(not for hikers\) \> So\, whether you are a beginner or have years of experience\, this group will suit you since our goal is LEISURE\. \> For example\, in our trail run group\, we have both beginners & marathon runners\. ***WHAT TO EXPECT?*** \> Our pace is leisure\. \> We have participants of different ages\, ranging from 25 to 70 years\. \> Everyone has different level of fitness\. \> Each one of us set our own pace; we do NOT pace one another & we do not run as a group\. We do have regular members who are tasked to pace the slow member\(s\) so that no one gets lost\. \> The run usually last about 30 \- 45 minutes depending on each individual's pace & fitness\. \> We currently have an average of 9 \- 12 regular runners\. \> We change our run venue every month \. \> We usually have a short dinner/drink after the run ***DISTANCE COVERED :*** 5 to 6km ***VENUE:*** We go all over Singapore for our trail adventures but our BASE VENUE is at the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. ***TIMING:*** For trail runs, we meet once every 2 weeks on Sunday 5pm.
