New year, new goals and more often than not, new pressure. January is full of goals and resolutions, but it’s also where many people get stuck on what’s actually next. For many of us, this is where overwhelm kicks in - not because we lack motivation, but because we lack **clarity**. **The January Reset** is a free, community-based hackathon for **women** and **non-binary folx** designed to help you slow down your thinking, identify what’s really underneath the overwhelm and map a grounded, practical **60-day path forward**. Most January advice assumes you can think clearly on your own. The January Community Hackathon brings a small group together to work through this together collectively. You’ll be guided through a clear method for slowing down your thinking, identifying the real question your asking yourself for the change you want to make- helping you to clear the overwhelm. This session is built on the idea that clarity often emerges **in conversation**, not isolation. You’ll be in a space to learn from how others are approaching similar challenges and even leave with new friends and an ability to try a new way forward. **WHAT MAKES THIS A HACKATHON** This is not a coding competition. In this context, *hacking* means: * Breaking down complex questions * Working collaboratively in small groups * Testing ways of thinking rather than aiming for perfection You’ll be guided through a clear, structured method that helps you: * Identify the real question you’re asking yourself * Cut through the noise and pressure * Explore next steps that feel realistic and aligned **WHAT YOU’LL GAIN** By taking part, you will: * Learn a practical framework for working through uncertainty * Experience thinking things through *with others* instead of alone * Gain tools you can return to whenever you feel stuck again * Leave with a method for identifying clearer priorities, reflections and next steps For some, this may look like the beginnings of a plan. For others, it may be clarity about what needs more time. In this Confidence Lab session, we’ll explore one powerful pathway: **building confidence from the inside out through physical expression and movement**. This experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body as a source of insight, self-trust, and presence. We’ll begin by grounding into what’s bringing you here, creating space to notice how your body is showing up and what it’s holding. From there, you’ll be guided through accessible movement exercises that invite awareness and choice—isolating different parts of the body, experimenting with movement, and practicing what it feels like to take up space intentionally. Next, you’ll participate in a small-group dance lesson led in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No dance experience is needed. The focus is not on performance or perfection, but on expression, curiosity, and allowing yourself to move with confidence as you are.
