My name is Maroof, and I’ve been practicing calisthenics for the last 4 years. I love this sport because I’m fascinated by the incredible movements the human body can achieve, and I believe calisthenics connects people, builds communities, and is one of the most sociable forms of fitness out there. In this class, we’ll cover the fundamentals like push-ups, squats, and core exercises, and also dive into the basics of more advanced movements such as the planche, front lever, back lever, and freestyle calisthenics, all in a fun, supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace. \*\*No experience needed, just bring comfortable clothes, some water, and a positive attitude. \*\* **Price:** Free. Hallo, Lina hat den feministischen Stammtisch gegründet, um sich mindestens ein Mal im Monat zu treffen – zum Austausch und Beschweren über das Patriarchat ;) ebenso wie zum Zusammenkommen und Zusammentun. Wir möchten einen Raum schaffen, in dem sich insbesondere Frauen\*, FINTA und BIPoc wohl und willkommen fühlen. Das Treffen ist für alle, die sich mit Feminismus beschäftigen wollen, aber z.B. nicht zum Lesen kommen. Ihr müsst also nichts vorbereiten, lesen oder mitbringen – nur die Lust auf Austausch zu feministischen Themen!
