Hello, enthusiastic filmmakers of Hong Kong! Come and get to know creative people in your local area who share a love of films and the filmmaking process. Our first get-together in the Year of the Horse will be at Ferry Bar, Wan Chai. We will have an informal chat about our experiences and goals, projects or potential projects that we are working on or would like to get started, and films of any genre that we like (or dislike). No experience is necessary, all are welcome, and questions are always encouraged.

Reading with friends is fun! Let’s grab a coffee and enjoy reading together. **Wilderness of Mirrors** Wilderness of Mirrors lets you play a role in an elite team of secret agents tasked with a dangerous mission. Somewhere in its suburbs lies the Church of the Maw, the last remnants of now-extinct Cult of the Maw that was supposed to have been eradicated decades ago. But the Bureau is pretty sure that they're trying to summon something sinister and eldritch. When an agent goes missing, your team is sent on a mission to either retrieve your colleague or wipe the Church out once and for all. **The Laughing Idol of Lar-Shann** For centuries the remote village of Pumriel has suffered the tyranny of the demon Lar-Shann, his bellowing idol and his power-mad acolytes. Now you are sent to Pumriel to retrieve a priceless bottle of locally-made brandy, but to find it you will have to venture into the demon's fortress-temple... A pulp-fantasy adventure using the *Doomslakers* system **The Allwinter Run** All is snow and quiet and spring has not come. For the animals of Dashen Forest, they awaken from hibernation to find no new growth, only ice. They cannot stay here. A game of Briar and Bramble, in which we find out if these critters can survive the elements and each other as they travel to a new home in a fantasy world. WHAT IS ONE-SHOT SATURDAY? It's a game in which you never know where the next stop will be, because it’s all down to the decisions you and your fellow players make. Usually one person is the Game Master (or "GM"). Everyone else will be players, taking the role of the characters in the game. The players get to say what their characters say, think, and do. The GM describes everything else in the world. Then... we play to find out what happens. The game is a conversation: I say something, then you reply, maybe someone else chimes in. We talk about what's happening to the characters we imagine and the world around them. We also talk about the rules, which help us decide what happens next if the next step is in doubt. The rules differ from game to game: some use dice to shape the story, others use cards or something else. It's always a conversation, though.

2 hrs session for adv beginners who can rally and serve basically to enjoy hitting fun, practicing and improve game sense. The players will team up to play double by rotations after 15\~20 mins warm up. HK80/P, including court fee and new or half new balls to be provided for hitting. The players having no show record or bad attitude in event, who will not welcome to event.

**General idea:** Join us for a relaxed people-drawing-people activity over coffee or a drink. Both newcomers and experienced participants are welcome to join. **💰 Price** : Only pay for your drink! See if it’s true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington. The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo. Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine. We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you. The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly. Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome. The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit. Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times.
