Are you looking for a place that offers different types of classes, community building activities, that focuses on health and wellness all under one roof?
Urban Sanctuary is int he heart of the historic five points and we are happy to be able to feature several lovely souls who want to share their gifts with those who want to receive them. We have a range of classes from yoga to community acupucture, to workshops on ayurvedic massage. Our studio is warm and inviting and supports the healing journey of all who inters its doors.

Acknowledge societal impacts, receive support for shedding burdens by building intentional practices within a community that honors both unique and collective experiences. Explore identity, purpose, and power. Liberation Yoga weaves healing, resilience and strength with community. Wingspan Dance is Urban Sanctuary's very own invitation to build endurance, trust and tap into your unique playfulness while finding grace & in an aerial sling. Each class students will learn choreographed movement set to music with time at the end to perform and film themselves! We encourage you to post of social! Using the power of guided tapping, students will be able to release what does not serve them. Releasing mental, emotional, and physical blocks from the mind and body. This practice will support the healing and transformation of the body. Tapping will be guided at the beginning, middle, and end of class and focuses will differ for each practice.
