What we’re about

I set intentions, practice resetting energy, and meditate during new and full moons. The practice usually takes 20-30 minutes in which I first offer gratitude, then meditate with conscious breathing using sage and other natural herbs to cleanse, followed by setting intentions to practice until the next moon phase. 

Whether you believe in energies or not this practice is simply a good way to create positive energy and goals.  I practice this every new and full moon and it has been helpful to me so I decided I would offer to anyone who would like to join.
