ViennaDB - The Austrian Database Meetup Group

The ViennaDB meetup group focuses on open source databases. These include RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL,...), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Riak, CouchDB, HBase,...), search (Elasticsearch and Solr) and related technologies like Hadoop or streaming solutions. All skill levels are welcome as we'll both cover the basics and take a look at more advanced use cases. I'm looking forward to meeting other people interested in everything databasy.
