A special, half-day introductory Workshop organised by the Nottingham Mindfulness Group (who run weekly Mindfulness sessions in the Nottingham city centre every Thursday evening - to find out more about the Group Click Here).

This event is your chance to explore both the philosophy and basic practices of Mindfulness in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and under the skilled guidance of an expert Mindfulness tutor.
