Spring is in the air! Join us for an uplifting and rejuvenating session of Qigong!
We'll be practicing some of the classic Qigong forms such as:

Here, together, we create a safe space for meaningful encounters. It’s all about genuine connection, deep conversations, self-reflection and the joy of being together.

Wo kannst du besser Sauerstoff aufnehmen als an frischer Luft? Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld lachen wir seit 2010 bei jedem Wetter, außer bei einer Unwetterwarnung.
Lachyoga kennt keine Altersgrenze, im Gegenteil, es hält jung und verbindet "jung und alt" super miteinander!!!

Longer Poses Life Drawing Session – NAKED ARTISTS Berlin
Join our welcoming **life drawing** session where participants are invited to both draw and model.
A relaxed and respectful space for **creative exploration**.
Our **Longer Poses Sessions** give you the opportunity to go more into detail when we do **up to 25 minutes** poses. The session takes place in our beautiful space **right at the waterfront** at Spreefeld, creating a calm and inspiring atmosphere for drawing.
All our events are **queer-friendly** and have a personal and inviting feel to them. Also we're very **beginner-friendly**: Whether you’re experienced or just curious to try life drawing for the first time — you are welcome.

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.
No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening.

Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense.

Mit ganz unterschiedlichen, leicht zugänglichen, Impulsen und Übungen aus Contact Improvisation, Tanz und Movement beginnen wir mehr und mehr nach innen zu horchen. Durch sowohl Stille als auch Bewegung kommen wir zur Ruhe, wecken erhöhte Präsenz und Verbundenheit. Experimentieren, Loslassen und Albernheit sind willkommen, wenn wir mit uns selbst, in Partnerarbeit und in der Gruppe in Bewegung kommunizieren.
Der Workshop richtet sich an alle Neugierigen, die dieses Im-Moment-Sein schon immer mal ausprobieren wollten - oder bereits Erfahrungen haben.

When our mind takes a break, playfulness, spontaneity, and lightness emerge naturally. But how do we reach such a state? Time, gentleness, communication. Through diverse, easily accessible impulses and exercises from Contact Improvisation, dance, and movement, we begin to listen more and more to our inner selves. Through both stillness and movement, we find peace, awaken heightened presence, and experience connection. Experimentation, letting go, and silliness are welcome as we communicate with ourselves, in pairs, and as a group through movement.
This workshop is for all those curious to experience this state of being in the moment—or who already have some experience with it.
What is it like when we let go of all calculation for a while and simply surrender to what our shared breath creates?
