Each session, we explore a specific framework, mental model, or thinking tool—such as the Minto Pyramid Principle, Decision Quality, SCQA, 5 Whys, or OKRs etc
You’ll learn:
-What the tool is
-Why it works
-How to apply it to real work and life situations

This will be followed by group discussions, practical exercises, or breakout conversations, sharing of resources/book recommendations—because learning happens best when we exchange experiences and make connections, not just slides

Along the way, I’ve learned how powerful clear thinking and structured tools can be—whether you're solving a messy problem, giving feedback, or pitching an idea.
