Come break a sweat, while running up and down the field with the ball, in a very laid-back and non-judgmental environment. Please, arrive 10 minutes before the game. **Game Format:** 2 simultaneous games of 8v8, with 12x6 goals. There will be 4 teams on the field and we will play 3 games, 30 minutes/game. After 30 minutes we will have a short break and teams will switch to play against different team. Please check our meetup message board on Saturday night or before 9:00 am on Sunday to see what team you are on. This will save us a lot of time on the field. **RULES OF THE GAME:** 1-First and most important rule of the game:Have fun and enjoy the time on the field! 2-Rough play and offensive language will absolutely not be tolerated! In plain words, no slide tackling, no pushing and no telling off. 3-No power shots allowed within 5 yards(safety first). 4-If you don't sign up for the game, do not show up. Sunday morning Inline Skate Class on Pier 76

PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCATION OF THIS CLASS IS NOT IN CENTRAL PARK We will be meeting in Pier 76 on Hudson River Park This inline-skate lesson is intended for beginner to intermediate levels. You need a complete set of protection gear (helmet, wrist guards, knee pads, and elbow pads) to participate in class. Cost of this class is $25 per individual. Fees are collected before class begins. We recommend that you pay in advance, using the PayPal option. (If you want to buy classes in bulk, the cost is $45 for 2 classes, or $60 for a package of 3 classes. Discount packages should be paid in full.) We will meet just inside of pier 76 at 11:00AM; please walk inside of pier and keep the left side (South side) of the pier under the overhead canopy Please check your gear to see if it fits properly, before coming to class. Make sure the wheels, buckles, straps, snaps, laces and everything else is in good working order. If it is raining or the lesson surface area is wet, we will NOT have the class. Tai Chi & Qigong - an hour of calm and quiet

This meeting is in person in our studio on 29th Street. We follow a regular program that consists of a Qigong warmup, Tai Chi basics, and practice and learning of the Tai Chi form. The form or routine can be one of many different Tai Chi systems - in our case, everyone starts with the classic Yang 24. This takes about 2 months to learn and it introduces all the basic Tai Chi elements. After that, we move to the Wu system which includes a range of routines, including a flowing "fast" form, and a weapons practice with sword, saber, and more. Depending on who is attending, we end class with a Qigong set suitable for the moment (5 Elements? The Universal Dance?) or with some partner practice. Of course "Push Hands" is part of any Tai Chi system, and we often end the class by exploring Tai Chi moves with a partner. This meetup in intended to give you space to focus - on breathing, on your body, your mind, and on your health, without distractions. We relax and move with awareness and balance.
