This October 31st, **Nomad House x Front Page News** are taking over **both floors of Hard Rock Barcelona** for a 300-person Halloween night. We start downstairs with three international live acts. At midnight, the DJs take over upstairs and we continue from Halloween into **Día de los Muertos**. **🎸 DOWNSTAIRS \| FROM 21:00** ***3 concerts. 1 ticket. One musical journey.*** Three international acts take over Hard Rock's private downstairs event space, accompanied by **live visuals**. The night builds from the opening performance towards the full-band finale, with one of the international bands still being kept secret. The full lineup will be revealed soon. **🎃 COSTUME CONTEST** This is Halloween, so we're expecting some effort. There will be a **Halloween Costume Contest sponsored by BACARDÍ**, with prizes for the best dressed of the night. **🎧 UPSTAIRS \| FROM MIDNIGHT** At midnight, the night changes. Artists, designers, photographers, filmmakers, musicians, writers, architects, performers, freelancers, people working in culture — and anyone who simply enjoys the creative world. 🎨🎬🎵📸 Working in creative fields can sometimes be a surprisingly isolating path. With **remote work, digital nomad life and more of us working independently,** it’s pretty easy to spend the whole day talking to a screen. This is an **evening to step out of that bubble and meet some fellow creative-minded people.** 🥂 Have conversations about what you're working on, Barcelona, art, music, films, ideas, work, life — or absolutely nothing related to creativity. That's perfectly fine too. 😄 The meetup is hosted at **Charcha**, a cultural café in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, run by a team of artists with their studio just across the street. And as the group grows, we might occasionally add something to the evening — a quiz, a collage session, a creative activity, a discussion, a little excursion — or whatever sounds fun at the time. Give us stories of fear faced, risks taken, truths spoken, and moments when you acted despite being terrified. Courage that looked impressive—and courage no one noticed. Maybe it’s about staying when leaving would’ve been easier. Or saying no when the only accepted answer was yes. Or the smallest brave act that changed everything. **As always, interpret the theme freely.** 📍 **Where:** Café El Noa Noa, C/Villarroel 71, Eixample 🕢 **When:** Wednesday, Nov 18 **Time:** Doors at 19:00 — Stories from 19:30 to 21:30 💶 **Free entry** \| **Donations welcome** **Please come just to listen or get on stage,** be vulnerable, and share with us, a diverse group of welcoming and open people who are curious about each others' lives. Stories will last from 7 to 10 minutes. Expect ten stories plus an intermission. **Storytelling Barcelona is a completely free event run by volunteers.** We welcome everyone to get on stage! Absolutely no experience is necessary. We only ask that stories be true and personal and that they are performed as opposed to read—and they should be stories instead of philosophical musings, motivational speeches, or stand-up routines.
