Capability ≠ Capacity: What I wish I’d known about my neurodivergent brain when I was leading in tech I was diagnosed ADHD and autistic at 41, following severe burnout at the peak of my career in technology leadership, transformation and digital delivery. I was clearly capable of doing complex work. What I didn’t understand was why things that seemed like they should be easy could sometimes require an enormous amount of effort.
