Monatlicher check-in Achtsamkeit & Journaling

Monatlicher check-in Achtsamkeit & Journaling

Wed, May 6, 12:30 PM
From Psychosoziale Angebote für junge Erwachsene

Will AI Replace Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches?

Will AI Replace Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches?

Wed, Apr 29, 4:00 PM
From Large Scale Scrum Berlin
4.5

AI is rapidly changing how work gets done. Tasks that used to require experience, facilitation, or coordination can now be supported, or even replaced, by tools. So what does that mean for roles like Scrum Master or Agile Coach? * Will these roles disappear? * Will they evolve? * Or are we asking the wrong question entirely? This meetup is not a talk. It’s a **fishbowl discussion**. An interactive format where you can actively shape the conversation. 🧠 **What we’ll explore** Together, we’ll dive into questions like: * Which parts of our roles are already being automated? * Where do Agile Coaches struggle to create real impact today? * What skills might become obsolete? * What new capabilities might become critical? 🎤 **Format** * Short framing to set the stage * You bring your questions and perspectives * We collect key topics from everyone * Open fishbowl discussion (5 chairs, dynamic participation) * Moderated by Robert Briese, CEO Lean Sherpas GmbH You can jump in, leave your seat, and contribute at any time. 👥 **Who this is for** * Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches * People working in or transitioning into agile roles * Anyone questioning the future of their role 💡 **Why join** Most AI discussions stay at the level of tools or fear. This session is about **making sense of what it actually means for you**. Btw: This meetup is part of a 3-part series leading up to a special event with the author of *10xOrg* in June.

LSLab is a practice space, mostly for the Design Team, and the participant, you, learn by doing! By participating. By seeing what it’s like to be part of the collective intelligence. Questions are welcome during the break and after we close. **New to Liberating Structures?** Totally fine. You don’t need experience. We’re a mix of beginners, experienced facilitators, agilists, OD/L&D folks, coaches, leaders, and curious humans who want better collaboration. You’ll learn by being part of it. **Language** Intro and instructions are in English. Small group work can happen in whatever language works for you. Mark your calendar. Come practice. Bring your curiosity. [See you on LUMA - register](https://luma.com/p4ondqgt) there to be part of the next LSLab Berlin! Sylvia \*If you are facing financial hardship or have been laid off, we'll waive your fee. Just reach out to us and let us know. We want you to be able to contribute and connect with us!

Presentation Lab - Structured Communication Training for Professionals

Presentation Lab - Structured Communication Training for Professionals

Tue, Apr 28, 5:00 PM
From Berlin Presentation Lab

This is an [in-person communication lab](https://www.presentation-school.com/berlin-presentation-lab) that helps professionals speak clearly and confidently under pressure using proven methods. Most people don’t struggle because they don’t practice enough. They struggle because they practice without the right principles. This session focuses on deliberate, guided practice informed by performance psychology, neuroscience, and modern communication training. **What You Will Do** * Learn one science-based communication principle that improves real-world performance. * Train that principle in structured speaking exercises designed for skill development. * Receive clear, professional feedback you can apply immediately. Practice and feedback are guided by experienced communication professionals who work with executives and senior professionals. This is not peer-to-peer feedback or open discussion. **Who Should Attend?** * Non-native English speakers * Professionals who present, lead meetings, or speak up at work * Anyone who overthinks, freezes, or loses clarity under pressure * People who want structured improvement, not just repetition No prior experience is required. **What This is NOT** * A lecture. * A motivational talk. * A public performance. * Unstructured open practice. * Peer-led feedback or opinion-based critique. **Before The Session** Before the session, participants complete a short preparation form to clarify their goals and common communication challenges. This helps ensure the practice and feedback during the lab are as relevant and effective as possible. **Optional:** Participants may submit a short video (1–2 minutes) or written questions. This is optional and used to personalise focus areas and examples during the session. No individual coaching is provided. **After the Session** Participants receive a short follow-up pack with key takeaways, practical drills, a reflection question, and guidance on next steps. **Practical Information** Language: English Duration: 2 hours Format: In-person, structured group lab Address: Chausseestraße 86, 10115 Berlin Healthy snacks and water provided. Price: €25 per session If you are looking for a professional, practical way to improve how you communicate and want to train using principles that actually lead to results, this lab is a good place to start.

After playing, you can join us for socials with drinks and snacks at the bar area. We often play a social deduction game, which you're also welcome to join. It's recommended that you come 10 minutes early so you have time to change and find the fields. If it is your first time, 15 minutes might be even better. You can join whatever court you like and move between courts during the event. We self-organize, so once you finish a game, you can start a rematch, mix with another court, or take a break as you see fit. Upon arrival, join the warmup happening on one of the courts.
