When customers ask an agent for product recommendations, messy titles, missing attributes, and vague descriptions make you invisible. The merchants who structure their product data now will own the next wave of discovery. This panel goes deep on one question: how do you build a storefront that AI can actually read? We cover the data architecture behind agentic commerce; from clean taxonomy and structured metafields to enriched descriptions that surface your products in AI-powered conversations across every platform. You'll hear from merchants and developers already doing the work: structuring catalogs so Shopify Sidekick, ChatGPT Shopping, and every future AI agent can discover, recommend, and sell without friction. **Key Takeaways** ✅ How to audit and structure your product catalog so AI agents can actually find and recommend your products across Shopify Sidekick, ChatGPT Shopping, and beyond. ✅ How to write product descriptions and configure metafields that surface in AI-powered conversations, not just traditional search. ✅ What's new in Shopify's Winter Edition that actually matters for merchants, and how to put it to work in your store today. ✅ Event-exclusive resources and incentives from our sponsors, only accessible to attendees on the night. **Kurt Elster** *Ethercycle* Senior ecommerce consultant, founder of Ethercycle, and host of The Unofficial Shopify Podcast with over two million downloads. **Kendra Davey** *Teddy Baldassarre* New York-based ecommerce PM with nearly a decade of Shopify experience scaling DTC brands through data and experimentation **Max Rolon** *Domaine* CTO of Domaine, the world's largest Shopify agency, and architect of Domaine Labs, its R&D division
