ADHD in Adults: Living & Working with an Adventure Brain

Mon, Feb 23, 11:00 PM
From Current ADHD Support & Community

Being in Community is so important for those of us with Adventure Brains! This in-person workshop is designed to help adults better understand how ADHD shows up in daily life and why certain challenges persist even with strong motivation or intelligence. You can expect a practical, educational session focused on executive function, common patterns in adulthood, and realistic ways to work with your brain rather than against it. This is not a quick-fix or productivity-hack workshop. The emphasis is on understanding, application, acceptance. The session will include guided discussion, reflection, and time for questions in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Register Here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1982463487658?aff=oddtdtcreator **Hosted by Certified ADHD Life & Leadership Coach Bri Plyler** Your ticket includes one drink during the event.
