Fighting the good fight - Marvel Champions!

Heroes! We will be meeting up to play Marvel Champions .We will meet inside The Ludoquist from 6.30pm, and split into groups of 4 or less before choosing villains to defeat inside. The session will be charged by The Ludoquist at £5 (payable on the night). We will have pre-built decks available to play on the night for beginners, but we otherwise advise bringing along a couple of decks to arrange groups on the night (and maybe one or two substitute allies). **It's the 20th Anniversary of the Fandorica in May! Twenty Years of the Fandorica!** The **IN-PERSON** Fandorica celebrates this on **Sunday 31st May 2026 from 3pm onwards till late!** That's **Sunday 31st May 2026.** So please do join us for what will hopefully be a day long remembered! We plan on being there till late. So if you can't pop along at the start, then join us when it's convenient for you! It'll all be very relaxed with a welcoming atmosphere. The idea is simply to bring people who have a shared love of all things geek together for a good time! It's all about meeting people and making new friends! Pop-Up Manga Cafe (Trial)

Could this be the start of London's first ever Manga Cafe?! 😵 We're trying something new and exciting by combining our main club activities in our very own space. Add some food and drink, some nice vibes and activities, and we basically have our own café! So if you fancy reading some manga, playing some board games, talking about anime and games and meeting new people over a cup of coffee or matcha, this is the place for you! In addition, there will be music, art/drawing, icebreakers and freebies for you to enjoy at your leisure 🙂 \*\*\*\*\*Entry cost is £5 at the door!\*\*\*\*\* Feel free to cosplay! Combining history and fiction in what critics have seen as a postmodern fashion, the stories (which have been compared to the work of [Jorge Luis Borges](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jorge_Luis_Borges "Jorge Luis Borges")) have helped cement Kiš's legacy as one of the most important 20th-century Yugoslav authors.

May's second Science Fiction meetup.

Would you enjoy a relaxed evening with fellow Science Fiction and Fantasy fans? If so, we’d love to meet you. Our next gathering takes place on **Saturday 23rd May from 6pm** at **The Mad Hatter**, just by Blackfriars Bridge. Drop in, say hello, and join us for a drink. We’re a long‑running group that’s been meeting since **1998**—long before meetup sites existed. Over the years we’ve hosted celebrity meet‑and‑greets, attended conventions together, run role‑playing games, organised cinema trips, LARPs, and plenty more. These pub meetups are all about socialising and connecting with other Sci‑Fi and Fantasy enthusiasts. To help break the ice, we’ll be running a fun **team quiz at 8.30pm**. There’s no fee to attend—just pay for whatever food or drink you order at the venue.
