Come hang out with us at Perkyns N15 for our Monthly Board Game Night - it's all about fun, games, and good vibes! Welcome to **Monthly Board Game Night at Perkyns N15**! Join us at **Perkyn's** for a fun-filled evening of board games with friends and fellow enthusiasts. **Perkyn's** is a neighbourhood Cafe and late night Bar, offering Craft Beer, Natural Wines and Hot Drinks! Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the world of board games, this event is perfect for everyone. Every month there will be classic games such as Dominoes, Chess, Blackgammon, Cribbage, UNO, plus modern classics like Catan, Ticket To Ride, Terraforming Mars, Wingspan, Azul, Codenames and more! Everyone is welcome, and you can also bring your favourite game from home. Tickets are free, but donation tickets are available, which will go towards costs and new games for future events.

We are excited to welcome you to our Social Tabletop and Party games. 👾 You can also find us on Meetups. On this occasion we hope to bring you a thrilling deduction game of Blood On The Clocktower. Blood on the Clocktower is a 5–20 player Hidden identity game (similar to Traitors, Mafia or Werewolf) where a good team tries to identify a the evil team before they eliminate the whole village. High player interaction, with unique character roles, and a Storyteller to guide the game. Our regulars always bring a wide selection, also *you are welcome to bring your own games*. We have a beautiful location in the garden of The Old Bell. We will be in the back. I'll make sure not to miss you. If you fancy playing games, cooling off,🧉 good conversation 🍷and new friends to🍵 share plenty of laughs, we'd be thrilled to have you along!

Hi everyone! (pre-pandemic information) If you like to play modern board, card and dice games, and to meet new people, then join us every Wednesday evening, for as long as you like between the hours of 6pm and 11pm (when the pub closes). Feel free to bring your own games if you have them, but don't worry if you don't as there are plenty that live at the pub, and plenty more that regular members bring along. And of course, we'll teach you how to play them if you don't know already. You work late? No worries - you can come along any time before closing (11pm), so if you don't arrive at 7pm (when attendees trickle in), don't worry! Everyone comes and goes whenever they like, so it is possible that you may be the first to arrive or last to leave. Please write in the comments what time you expect to arrive at the pub, so we can try to avoid anyone having to wait alone for long. We are a relaxed and friendly group, made up of both natives and foreigners, of locals and those living further afield, happy to welcome newbies and regulars. Events are free to attend, but it is respectable to the public venues we hold them at if you can buy at least one drink or some food while you are present. If you would like to contribute towards the costs of running of this group, feel free to buy the host(s) a drink of their choice when you see them, for which they'd be very grateful. **Welcome to UK Mafia!** We meet regularly near London Bridge at **The Hydrant (Monument)** on the **Second Floor** (see large function room). 1 Monument St, London EC3R 8BG **Do I need to know anything?** This is a **beginner-friendly** event, and most will be playing for the first time. You will get to play many games. Most importantly, this is a social activity, so feel free to talk to anyone between the games and have fun! **♂️ What is Mafia?** Have you seen 'The Traitors'? Play the game that 'Traitors' is based upon! Mafia is a 10-player social game; it can get competitive, but it's easy to learn. We play at multiple tables. You get a secret role and work with your team to win. A game lasts about 45 minutes, so we play many during the day. The **Mafia team** tries to hide and eliminate the **Citizens**, while the **Citizens** try to find the Mafia through deduction and logic. While this is a **beginner** event, we also host tournaments and online events with more experienced players from around the world. Monday games (beginner friendly)

Come and play board games! Join us for tabletop board and card games such as Just One, Colt Express, Saboteur, Potion Explosion and Wingspan. Monday nights are aimed at welcoming players who are new to modern board games. We always try to make sure that someone is happy to teach games and welcome new people on the night, so don't worry if you're not sure what to play or who to sit with. We don't charge a fee for attending the Meetup, but you will need to pay the venue's game session fee of £8 per person (unless you have a Gold or VIP [Ludoquist membership](https://www.theludoquist.com/collections/membership-2022)). Please arrive by 18:50 in time for everyone to get into groups for the main games to start at 19:00. We will start arriving from 18:30 if anyone wants to join early for short games and chat. We’re now delighted to announce yet another gathering at Gest, literally just next to one of Euston Square's tube exits. Gest has become a favourite spot for our lively and friendly backgammon gatherings, offering us more space and a relaxed atmosphere, with warm and welcoming staff. Social Backgammon Whether you’re a seasoned player or completely new, everyone’s welcome. Our Sunday afternoon offers a mix of friendly competition, laughter and the occasional lucky double six. Add alongside this, the food, drinks and easy conversation, and you’ve got the makings of a relaxed afternoon rolling dice into a fun evening. 20% off food and drink In order for us to be at Gest, we must each order at least one drink, possibly two, and if possible one of their meals - I can highly recommend their chicken burger. This will help us to maintain such a generous deal in a comfortable atmosphere. Gest has generously offered our group 20% off food and drink for this event. About Our Backgammon Group Our group started in June 2015 and has now run more than 400 official meetups plus over 200 informal gatherings. With nearly 2,200 members, we’re the largest backgammon group in the UK, and we're known for our warmth, humour and friendliness. We typically meet fortnightly on Sundays, with around twenty or so regulars along with new players each time. Everyone is welcome, whatever your level. Dinner, drinks and playing time We usually sit down for a relaxed group meal around 6pm, but you’re free to order whenever it suits you. Many people arrive early, stay late, and dip in and out of games between food and drinks. RSVP Please RSVP as soon as you can, as it really helps with planning, especially at this popular venue. A great way to meet new people in a fun interactive way, at a bar serving food and drinks Continue reading for a general description of the game: Blood on the Clocktower is a bluffing game enjoyed by 5 to 20 players on opposing teams of Good and Evil, overseen by an experienced Storyteller. During a 'day' phase players socialize openly and whisper privately to trade knowledge or spread lies, culminating in a player's execution if a majority suspects them of being Evil. At 'night' time, players close their eyes and some are woken one at a time by the Storyteller to gather information, spread mischief, or kill.
