From Social Events at Lore Speakeasy and Escape Room

Every Wednesday, we wear cloaks. 🧝‍♀️⚔️ Lore's weekly game night is your weekly escape into something magical. Meet new friends as you traverse our two speakeasies and find different games to play. This week, we have a special collaboration with a dedicated Blood on the Clocktower group to have several games going in our Main speakeasy. In our Lord of the Rings inspired lounge, our staff transforms into LOTR characters, Bardcore covers of your favorite pop songs fill the air, and expect different tables playing various euro and lighthearted strategy games. Arrive in a full LOTR costume and we'll take $5 off your food and drinks. 👑 Feel free to bring a game you love from home, or discover a new favorite here from our collection. Whether you're a seasoned strategist or just looking for a great night out, there's a seat at the table for you. See you!!!!🍸🎶 📅 Every Wednesday \| 📍 Lore Speakeasy\, Mission District SF 🔗 [www.loresf.com](http://www.loresf.com) \| @lore_speakeasy \| discord\.gg/hAF9UGhejy

Our game nights return! We've had quite a few abrupt changes, had to reassess, and now were ready to return to form with new game gurus and a brand new theme!! We are excited to return with a theme weve never formally done before! Get ready to make some tension building decisions as we'll be playing games with a PUSH YOUR LUCK mechanic in them! We've truly got some amazing games coming out! Kaiser and Mike will both be hosting two separate games of **QUACKS OF QUINDLENBURG!** Its an award winning and very unique tile collection game that where your pull random ingredients from your ever growing bag to make your pot bubble, but hopefully not explode! Easy to learn, but hard to master, this is truly unique game and we highly recommend playing if you've never played it. *Learn more [HERE](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/349955/the-quacks-of-quedlinburg-megabox)* Mac will be hosting **POTION EXPLOSION,** another very unique game! Manipulate beautiful colored marbles that move in a descending tray by removing ones to create an explosions. Explosions give you ingredients to drink various potions to gain new abilities. A very innovative and unique take on a Candy Crush style mechanic and a very memorable game! *Learn more [HERE](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/180974/potion-explosion).* Justin will be hosting **BULLET,** where players take on the role of heroines in a far-flung future Earth and use their incredible powers to defend the Earth from evil — as well as from one another! Each heroine's powers manifest in a different form, with players controlling sound, paper, technology, gravity, triangles, and more! Learn more [HERE](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/307305/bullet-love). And Dylan will be hosting **KING OF TOKYO**, a fast pace kaiju inspired monster battler for complete dominance of the city of Tokyo! Play Go and Socialize

Play Go and Socialize

Sun, May 10, 9:00 PM
From San Francisco Go Club
4.7

The SF Go Club is the best place to play Go in the SF Bay Area and the oldest Go club in North America. Started in the 1880s by Japanese sailors looking to play Go, it established itself as an official club in 1935 and incorporated as a non-profit in 1984. The club has a rich community of members and a wonderful club-room filled with equipment, both for playing and teaching. It’s a great place to meet interesting people and share this exciting game with them in person. We are a non-profit social club for teaching and playing the game of Go together. Never played before? We are happy to show you! https://sfgoclub.com
