Bay Area D&D 5e Adventure League group

Adventure League level: 1-4 (log sheet needed if above 1st level) New players: welcome (no experience necessary) This is a ongoing D&D 5 Adventure League group. We have games running every other Saturday from 4:00pm-10pm at private residences in Berkeley. Each of our GMs is running a different season (storyline) and runs a game every two weeks on average. Players are invited to play in a game every two weeks (often staying in the same storyline, but may play in multiple storylines if desired). We have events that tie the seasons together in various ways. The group has been running for several years now, with players of all experience levels. Adventure League is set in the world of Forgotten Realms. There is often room at games and you are welcome to contact the coordinator (Josiah) to be invited to future games. No experience is necessary (you're welcome to bring a existing Adventure League character from previous play as long as you have a full Adventure Log to share). Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path

Pathfinders unite as they journey to Sandpoint and explore the mysteries that lies within the Varisian coast and the secrets stirring about of the Runelords' return. This is a published adventure that takes players and their characters from 1st level and beyond. Board Game Design Deep Dive - 3rd Wednesdays San Francisco

Join us at Gamescape SF on 3rd Wednesdays for a night of gaming and design discussion. This Month's Topic: Trick-Taking These games tend to have players play cards from their hand to the table in a series of rounds, or “tricks” which are each evaluated separately to determine a "winner". Most tricks are won with a high card, sometimes using the concept of a trump suit which takes priority. Most trick takers make plaeyrs "follow suit" restricting the cards they play on their turn to a suit established earlier that round. Popular games in this category include: * The Crew * The Lord of the Rings Trick Taking Game * Skull King * Arcs * For Northwood * Sail **IMPORTANT:** This is a limited capacity event. We are assessing published games, no playtesting allowed for this event. The event is led by a regular host to greet and coordinate, as well as a rotating "Dive Instructor" that will provide a short presentation and guide discussions on the monthly topic. This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to play fun games while breaking down what makes them fun. No experience in designing or playtesting is needed. Choose Your Own Adventure in May

Hello adventurers and welcome to the Meetup that is limited by only your imagination!
